▶ Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
▶ Lay catfish horizontally on cutting board. Cut 1 inch
strips from the fillet at a 45 degree angle.
▶ Mix the Panko bread crumbs with the cayenne Pepper in
a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Dip the catfish fillet
in the buttermilk and then transfer it to the Panko mixture.
Gently bread the catfish until all of the strips are evenly
coated.
▶ Place catfish strips onto a baking sheet with foil, and bake
for 10-15 minutes (Or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F)
▶ Finish with Palmer’s Tartar sauce
