THE PEAK OF FRESHNESS Our seafood is purchased from an exclusive group of carefully selected local fishermen, and our prime location near the fishing grounds allows us to acquire our seafood directly off the boat. Our fresh fish are processed within hours of catch, and our frozen products are blast frozen immediately. This locks in colour, texture and flavour and ensures optimum freshness.
