KAGİDER Mission and Vision
Established in 2002 by 37 successful women entrepreneurs,
KAGİDER redefined its mission and vision in February 2007 through
a strategic planning session.
Vision:
To develop entrepreneurship among women and to strengthen the
status of women economically and socially.
Mission:
To create a world in which women ‘produce’ and establish their
existence freely and play an efficient role in the decision making
process.

Women Leaders of Tomorrow Project
Project helps to improve young women’s
access to the labor market in Turkey by
training and mentorship. In the first phase 56
young women were reached. Second phase
started on June 1st!
 Invest For The Future, Women Driving
Economic Growth Program
In partnership with US State Department we
developed a three year mentorship program
for women entrepreneurs from Turkey,
Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece,
Cyprus.
