Saturday, November 10th - “Pancake Breakfast” 8-10 A.M. -- all the pancakes you can eat, plus scrambled
eggs, sausage, juice, coffee/tea…all for just $3.00. If you buy a season ticket for the Men’s Club “Show
Time”…you get a free breakfast! Note: Florida Blood Services will be here from 8am-10am for a blood drive,
and if you give blood you get a free pancake breakfast……blood is always in short supply!

Shows are $2.00 at the door or you can purchase an “Anytime” ticket for ten (10) shows for just $15.00.

MESSAGES FROM MANAGEMENT
EXECUTIVE MEETING FOR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS:
Wednesday, November 28, 2012 @ 2pm
SEMINOLE GARDENS RESIDENT DIRECTORY: The new 2012/2013 Seminole Gardens Resident Directory
are now available. Presidents of each building’s please come to Management office during business hours to pick up
directories for your building!
SGA BUS SCHEDULE: The SGA bus is now parked at a new location (near the new maintenance vehicle
carport). The bus driver will continue to pick up residents near the bench located across from the Management
office, and all other normal pick up locations -- In other words, nothing has changed! For the safety of the
residents of Seminole Gardens, - please DO NOT walk over to the new carport area near the maintenance
department, it is not an authorized pick up location!
EMPTY UNIT INSPECTIONS: Each vacant unit must be inspected (at a minimum of every fourteen {14} days).
If not, the Building’s Insurance will claim that if an incident occurs, such as a leak, and was not addressed within a
fourteen day period -- the Building’s insurance will reject any claim. Each building should have a procedure that
will insure an empty unit is inspected on a weekly basis or at a minimum or every ten to fourteen days. If you have
any questions, contact Scott Lyckberg at the Management Office.
ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS & DIRECTORS MEETINGS: Each building will be conducting its election
for new Board Members at its upcoming Annual Meeting. As per Florida Statute, it is imperative that your
“Letter of Intent” to run for one of the Board of Director positions be submitted by the due date. YOU MUST
MEET THE DEADLINE DATE STATED IN YOUR NOTICE. If you have any questions, concerns or need
help with it please contact Scott Lyckberg at 727-393-7502.
WIFI @ SEMINOLE GARDENS: Free WIFI is available Seminole Gardens located in the Rec-Hall
(can also possibly be connected from the pool area/library)….you can connect to the WIFI by choosing,
REC HALL when signing on.
ATTENTION RESIDENTS – If you are having a bug problem inside the apartment let the Management office
know and we will log your name and apartment number for All R’s Pest Control. The next scheduled dates are
November 7th & November 21st -- All R’s comes to SGA twice a month.
MGMT. OFFICE WINDOW HOURS: Management office window hours are 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON
& 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Closed 12:00-1:00 P.M.). Please do not leave payments or work orders on the counter
outside the office when unattended. Please use our drop box in the door for after hour payments or work orders.
THE AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY NUMBER is 499-3209 This phone number is an
answering message machine that is paged out to a maintenance staff person on call after 4:00 P.M. on Weekdays,
Saturdays and Sundays. When calling this number you must leave a message: identify yourself, your building
& apartment number, your phone number and the nature of the emergency. The person on call will return
the call and/or come to the complex for the emergency.
