RE: COMPLAINT AGAINST RAQUEL LARA AND OTHER EMPLOYEES OF
THE AMC THEATERS OF THE KATY MILLS MALL IN KATY, TEXAS.
Due to lengthy litigation finally concluded this complaint is well overdue but
proper.
My wife and I passed through hell since Raquel Lara “teamed” up with other
employees at your theater and lied to the police even when it was clear my wife
and I were assaulted in your movie theater, not otherwise. A convicted criminal
cop (believe it or not), answered the call and escalated the situation and
assaulted my wife even further. The ex-convicted criminal cop later lied and said
falsely I threated the criminal cop, perjuring himself. After we disclosed the
evidence we gathered and an audio recording proving your manager and other
employees and the cop lied all charges were dismissed and other police
academies are even using our case to train cadets at the police academies (See
Exhibit 7). I hope you use this case to train your employees NOT to lie and
review the evidence without making lies up.
It is almost unbeliebable to see how numerous criminals gather together as
sharks on a frenzie to lie, mislead and coverup their misdeads to protect
themselves including the AMC Theater employees and the City of Katy
Policemen in a malicious and criminal manner.

I am complaining against the manager of the AMC Theater located at the Katy
Mills Mall in Katy, Texas Raquel Lara. This evidence included herein proves that:
1. Raquel Lara failed to investigate an assault against my wife and I at the
movie theater by a woman by the name of Lisa Solana-Carter,
2. Raquel Lara failed to disclosed the video and other evidence and lacked
the courage to correct the information and admit her mistakes,
3. Raquel Lara failed to review and disclose the movie theater video
recordings provided herein attached as evidence, because the videos
would prove her negligence and perjuries,
4. Raquel Lara gave our daughter soda against our wishes at the movie
theater,
5. Raquel Lara committed perjury in court,
6. Raquel Lara lied to other AMC Theater employees and asked them to
commit perjury as well as a corrupt “good old boys and girls team” to cover
their wrong doings,
7. As an irony, Raquel Lara CALLS HERSELF A BITCH in her own
Facebook page clearly stating she is a bitch and a manager of the
AMC Theaters. This should clearly violate the AMC Theaters’ internal
policies.
8. Even after all our ordeal and being apparent that we were the ones
assaulted, Raquel Lara and the other AMC Employees continue to lie and
mislead everyone.
The evidence shows also that the City of Katy PD committed perjury and hires
ex-convicted criminals who incredibly are child “deadbeat” parents at the moment
(Note the Texas Attorney General filed a child support claim against the exconvict cop).
On May 17, 2009 my wife, my daughter and I went to the movies at the AMC
Theaters aka AMC Katy Mills 20, located at Katy Mills, 5000 Katy Mills Cir #131,
Katy, TX 77494.
Raquel Lara was the manager at the time when a woman by the name of Lisa
Solana-Carter assaulted my wife by skipping the fountain line, wedging between
me and my wife who was in front of the counter and placing her arm on top of my
wife’s shoulder with her credit card demanding to be served first. Lisa SolanaCarter turned around after I called to her attention not to do that and screamed at
me and called me names.
After my wife was served and the woman continued screaming at me I told my
wife let’s get out of here she (the woman) is acting like a little bitch. Statement

which is actual and true. Instead of going to see the AMC surveillance cameras
the Manager Raquel Lara BLATANTLY LIED in court and in written statements
as it will be shown below.
We are OUTRAGED RAQUEL LARA IS SAYING SHE IS A BITCH AND
MANAGER OF THE AMC THEATER! It is ironic that Raquel Lara accused me of
telling Solana-Carter she was a little bitch when Raquel Lara states she is “A
MANAGER, NOW BITCH” as it is shown in Exhibit 1, a true and correct copy
of Raquel Lara’s Facebook page. An AMC manager that calls herself a bitch
in her own Facebook page when she failed to check surveillance cameras
that show we were assaulted is unethical to say the least.
Raquel Lara and an ex-convicted criminal now ex-police officer of the City of
Katy, Texas conspired and blatantly lied to get us in trouble and hide their lies as
shown in the expert witness reports shown as Exhibits 2 and 3.
Although there was actual video surveillance of the assault perpetrated by
Lisa Solana-Carter, Raquel Lara failed to disclose such evidence and
proceeded to commit perjury against us to the police and in the City of
Katy Municipal court. Only after exhaustive measures from us and great
expenses of time and money we were able to retrieve the evidence that shows
Raquel Lara lied and conspired to conceal the evidence that exonerated us and
shows Lara negligence and criminal conspiracy against us. Please see the true
and correct pictures from the AMC Theater we obtained after our successful
lawsuit against the City of Katy corrupt police department that shows the assault
perpetrated against us. Lara knew of this video and conspired to conceal it all
along from the initial assault to the final civil lawsuit. Please see Exhibits 2 and 3
and Exhibit 4 as the actual pictures from the AMC Theater 20 video surveillance.
Even after my wife and I were totally exonerated as shown in the Exhibits,
Raquel Lara mocked my wife and I and told other workers at the theater at the
time lies about us when we went with our children to the theater a few months
after we won the civil lawsuit when all along RAQUEL LARA KNEW we were the
ones assaulted. One employee came and told us Raquel told him we were
criminals who were “kicked out and criminally convicted” when she knew all
along we were innocent.
I am complaining that Raquel Lara:
1. Calls herself manager of AMC Theaters and “now a bitch” in her
Facebook page,

2. Criminally conspired and failed to disclose the video surveillance
evidence from the AMC Theaters that actually shows Lisa Solana-Carter
skipped the fountain line and assaulted my wife and I,
3. Gave soda pop to our daughter at the theater when we specifically
told her not to do so disobeying direct orders from the child’s parents.
4. Criminally conspired with the ex-convicted criminal now also ex-City
of Katy Police Officer Sean M. Kiley to lie and bring about falsehoods
against my wife (besides failing to disclose evidence as shown in Item 2)
and I as it is shown in the expert witness reports Exhibits 2 and 3. See
also Exhibit 5 that shows the background of the ex-convicted criminal and
now ex-police officer of the City of Katy Sean M. Kiley, who is now a dead
beat dad for failure to pay child support.
5. Raquel Lara continued even after we were found innocent and
exonerated by the appeals and civil courts that my wife and I were
criminals when she knew all along we were the ones assaulted at the
theater since she went and told other employees who in turn came
and shun me and my family in other occasions.
Just to show you how many people can team together and how many lies they
can say we made this excel sheet with dozens of lies from all of these demonic
and malicious people for your review, many from Raquel Lara and your other
employees. See Exhibit 6.
It is unbelievable that your managers are calling themselves “a bitch” and
conspire in this manner with criminals against your long time patrons.
We were patrons of your theaters for decades without any incident of this nature
and now these deceitful individuals tarnish our reputation and our relationship
with your theaters. We had great pleasure in taking our families to see the
movies at your theaters and this incident brought incredible bitterness and mental
hardship due to Raquel Lara corrupt and despicable behavior.
We have placed this incident in the website www.keepusahonest.com (under

place the story and warn people against this deceitful manager and self-called
bitch and your AMC Theaters.
We demand Raquel Lara is reprimanded and fired, and an apology
extended to my wife and I by the AMC Theaters management.
