Application example of the blower for room wall drying
Application
Structure
The PODRYW blower is used in following applications:
• temporary air supply for rooms and workplaces,
• to supply air stream to people being in rooms and spaces of
increased temperature to improve thermal comfort,
• air supply onto hot objects to chill down their temperature,
• to create artificial wind blown onto objects during film shooting or
photographic sessions or for advertisement purposes, to visualize
the air motion,
• drying the humid walls of a room.
The blower can be used in various areas: production
halls, television and advertisement studios, utility rooms,
storehouses, etc.
PODRYW consists of an axial fan mounted rotary in a framework.
Due to this, the fan can be turned around the horizontal axis and
it can be fixed in the requested position. On the square housing is
a rotation governor to switch on the fan and to adjust the fan flow
efficiency. The blower is equipped with a five-metre-long power
supply cable, ended with a plug. Put the blower outlet in a distance of
50 cm parallel to the wall. Drying proceeds due to high flow efficiency
of the blower, but at low pressure, therefore the drying effect is
obtained by blowing off the close-to-wall layer only. Important is to
provide unrestricted fresh air to the dried room, by creating a natural
air draught inside.
Due to low noise and small power consumption, the blower can work
continuously, not being an inconvenience to surroundings.
