European Club of Pediatric Burns Workshop 2016
Dear friends and colleagues,
We invite you to the workshop organized with the European Club of
Pediatric Burns (ECPB), which will take place from October 4th to 7th,
2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bucharest.
This scientific event is open to anyone involved in the treatment of
burns. Our work unfolds on a special field where all efforts are now made
to heal paediatric burns but it is all about the future, about granting
burned children the best rehabilitation and social reintegration.
The program includes three workshops and two presentation
sessions.
With the occasion of this workshop you will be able to discover
Bucharest, known as 'Small Paris' and its surroundings. Some details can

will soon send information about the organized social program.

consideration and inclusion in the program.
Abstract Submission
The abstract may be submitted in English on the official conference website
system.
Your abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Acknowledgement of
acceptance of your abstract will be received via e-mail by August 15th, 2016.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract language: English
Authors: full name of autors, no title, no affiliation or initials, underline
the presenter name
Use generic names. Commercial drug names may not be used
Maximum length of the abstract – 2500 characters, including the blanks
Indicate the presentation form: as an oral presentation, or as a poster
Please use the following structure: Purpose – Methods – Results – Conclusions

An exhibition of technical equipment, pharmaceutical products, and related
literature will be organized in the immediate vicinity of the lecture hall.
Companies that are interested to attend this scientific event are kindly
requested to contact the Congress Secretariat or the Romanian Association
of Plastic Surgeons.

Access to the conferences, except for accompanying person, welcoming
cocktail, coffee breaks and Lunches for 3 days
The participants that pay the registration fee on site (starting September
25th) will not receive congress materials, but they will receive the
Certificate of Attendance.
Accompanying person will have access to welcome reception and
exhibition.
Participants are asked to send the proof of payment (copy of the bank
statement, money transfer, or other stating clearly, with capital letters the
name of the congress and their name) by fax at the Congress Secretariat

This procedure is necessary in order to validate the registration.
Registration received after September 25th will be processed as ON SITE
registration.
