A! garrison! is! defined! as! a! body! of! troops! stationed! in! a! fortified! place;! and! a! military! post,!
especially! a! permanent! one.! ! Synonyms! for! garrison! are:! command! post,! stronghold,! fortress!
and!encampment.!

“Be!careful!what!you!hear.”!Remember!this!exhortation!from!Oronde!Smith!as!he!introduced!
this! word! on! Building! God! a! Garrison.! ! Read! Psalm! 48! in! preparation! for! your! personal! and!
family!interactions!for!this!lesson;!and!remember!that!the!starting!place!for!who!God!says!we!
are!is!in!His!word.!!“Taking!our!place!in!our!stronghold/garrison!is!not!easy.”!!

a!leader!who!is!very!sensitive!to!the!leading!of!the!Holy!Spirit.!

This! session! looks! at! what! being! a! Zion! Class! Citizen! means! and! how! lives! will! have! to! be!
adjusted! through! sacrifice,! prayer! and! righteousness! to! attain! what! God! desires! in! individual!
hearts!and!for!our!corporate!development.!

God# pulling# the# trigger! can! be! described! as! God! initiating! an! action! and! releasing! resources!
from! the! spiritual! realm.! ! God! has! pulled! the! trigger! in! our! lives! and! it! requires! wisdom! and!
guidance!from!the!Holy!Spirit!for!us!to!respond!accurately!to!present!requirements.!!This!will!
mean!that!we!have!to!learn!to!wait!upon!to!Lord.!Isaiah!40:31!states,!“but!those!who!hope!in!
the!LORD!will! renew! their! strength.! They! will! soar! on!wings!like!eagles;! they! will! run! and! not!
grow! weary,! they! will! walk! and! not! be! faint.”! ! Consider! deeply! the! issue! of! waiting! as! God!

“Sight!is!the!revelation!of!God’s!nature!that!lies!behind!the!Lord’s!doing!that!will!alter!our!inner!
man.”!!We!have!heard!Dr.!Woodroffe!say!that!the!battle!of!the!latter!day!is!the!battle!between!
sight!and!blindness.!!Sight!is!imperative!for!the!advance!of!the!Kingdom!of!God.!!We!need!to!
see!God!and!how!He!moves!in!order!to!be!relevant!for!the!work!that!He!has!called!us!to!do!and!
for!us!to!please!Him.!

Introduction:
God!wants!us!to!shout!to!Him.!Our!worship!to!Him!can!no!longer!be!a!whisper!or!our!normal!
voice,! but! God! wants! us! to! forget! ourselves! and! shout! to! Him! and! to! expect! Him! to! give!
feedback.!We!must!posture!ourselves!to!hear!from!God.!!God!is!calling!us!up!to!a!more!intense!

You! have! to! always! start! off! in! agreement.! ! Marlon! always! says! agreement! is! currency! in! the!
spirit.!!Agreement!is!valuable!and!we!want!to!all!agree!around!these!positions,!as!God!builds!
something!and!crafts!and!creates!and!builds!into!a!next!generation.!!We!want!to!all!stand!in!a!
place!of!agreement!over!what!he!has!said!and!be!standing!in!a!place!of!desire!for!sight.!!But!
today,!he!taught!us!not!just!about!the!desire!for!sight,!but!he!talked!to!us!about!the!positions!
that!we!need!to!occupy,!if!we!have!to!step!into!sight.!!We!know!that!sight!is!ultimately!granted!
by!him!right.!!That’s!what!Paul!says!in!Ephesians,!he!says,“I#never#cease#to#mention#you#in#my#
prayers,#that#God#will#give#you#the#spirit#of#revelation#and#wisdom#in#the#knowledge#of#him,#
that#your#eyes#will#be#open.”That’s!what!he!taught!us!in!Ephesians!chapter!one.!

But!we!understand!that!there!are!things!that!we!have!to!do,!in!order!to!allow!God!to!grant!us.!!
There!are!positions!that!we!have!to!stand!in!and!we!talked!about!that.!!We!talked!about!Moses;!
we! talked! the! children! of! Israel.! ! We! talked! about! the! fact! that! it! is! very! possible,! for! God! to!
have! massive! divine! movement.! ! Whether! it’s! at! the! grand! scale! of! the! children! of! Israel,!
crossing! the! Red! Sea! and! shattering! the! Egyptian! empire,! or! whether! it’s! on! a! scale! that! is!
massive!in!the!spirit!but!simple!in!the!natural,!it’s!the!same!thing.!!Both!of!them!were!powerful!
divine!movements,!one!was!God!coming!to!earth!in!the!form!of!a!man.!!On!the!surface!it!was!
not! spectacular! but! just! as! powerful.! ! The! other! one! was! massive! movement,! breaking! an!
empire,! pillar! of! cloud,! pillar! of! fire,! parting! the! Red! Sea,! walking! in! the! wilderness,! manna!
falling!from!heaven!all!the!time.!!And!in!both!instances!people!were!not!able!to!perceive.!!And!
God!taught!us!inside!that,![that]!you!can!live!in!a!realm!of!ways!that!is!understanding!my!nature!

generation,! that! we’re! standing! in! a! place! that! allows! us! to! see! beyond! the! works! and! see!

intimacy.! ! We! want! to! walk! in! that! dynamic.! ! We! don’t! want! a! relationship! that! lives! in! the!
realm!of!simply!receiving!instruction.!!We!don't!really!care!about!the!external!doings,!we!don’t!
care!about!that.!!Our!priority!is!that!we!need!to!know!God.!!That!we!are!not!willing!to!go!up!
from! this! place! and! we're! telling! God,! I’m! not! walking! forward! into! my! future,! unless! you’re!
walking!with!me.!

Even!if!you!give!me!every!single!promise!that!you've!given!me,!everything!that!you've!promised!
me!success,!achievement,!growth,!house,!car,!family,!children,!everything!that!you've!promised!
me.!!Even!if!you!give!me!all!of!that,!but!if!you!are!not!there!with!me,!I’m!not!going.!!I’d!rather!
stay!in!this!current!place!of!being!a!pauper,!not!achieving!all!the!doings,!as!long!as!you’re!here.!!

What’s!surfacing?!!What!new!instructions?!What!new!commands!is!he!starting!to!highlight!and!
identify?!!Listening!inside!of!your!heart,!listening,!listening...!

Go!deeper,!pursue!it,!find!out!what!he's!saying.!!Don’t!let!him!go,!don’t!let!him!go.!!Search!him!
out,!take!up!a!posture!of!enquiry.!!Take!up!a!posture!of!internal!desperation.!!I!need!you!God,!I!
absolutely!do.!!Need!your!voice,!need!your!utterance,!need!your!clarity.!!Need!you!inside!of!my!

laziness! and! look! past! my! slothfulness,! and! look! past! my! issues! God,! deep! down! the! very!
structure! that! lies! on! the! inside! of! me,! is! a! desire! to! serve! you! and! a! desire! to! please! you.!!
That's!why!I’m!here!Father.!!I’m!here!because!there!is!a!deep!desire!inside!of!me!to!serve!you!
and!to!please!you!and!to!fulfil!the!will!of!God!inside!of!my!life.!

That's!why!I!need!you;!I!can’t!do!it!without!you.!!Can’t!do!it!unless!you!talk,!can’t!do!it!unless!
you!tell!me.!!So!Father!I!am!not!going!up!into!my!future!without!you.!!I!need!you!to!walk!with!
me! God! from! now! until! the! end! of! time.! ! Need! you! to! walk! with! me! Father! in! a! day! of! your!
great! movement! and! acceleration! of! your! power,! in! a! day! of! momentum,! in! a! day! of!
engagement!and!vast!global!things!of!God!moving!across!the!nations!of!the!earth.!!I!need!to!see!
you,!need!to!understand!who!you!are.!!I!need!that!God!of!vastness!living!inside!of!my!life.!!I!
need!that!God!of!grand!global!things,!the!God!of!momentum,!the!God!of!acceleration,!the!God!
who! fulfils! his! purpose! I! need! you! living! inside! of! my! life.! ! I! need! the! God! of! the! New! Era!
touching!me,!talking!to!me,!laying!his!hands!upon!me.!!!

And! so! Father! God! I! come! before! you! in! the! pathways! of! Moses.! ! I! come! before! you! in! the!
pathways!of!intimacy.!!I!come!before!you!in!the!pathways!of!confidence.!!I!come!before!you!in!
the!pathways!of!partnership.!!I!come!before!you!in!the!pathways!of!confidence.!!I!come!before!
you!God!boldly!and!I!ask!you!Father!God!to!open!my!eyes,!that!I!may!see!you,!apprehend!you,!
to!open!my!ear!that!I!can!hear!you!and!to!touch!my!heart!so!that!I!can!understand.!!That’s!my!
prayer.! ! I! thank! you! God! for! the! movement! of! the! former! season,! thank! you! God! for! the!
development!that!has!occurred!over!the!last!year.!!But!Father!God!I!lift!up!my!eyes!from!the!
place!where!I!am!now!at!and!I!gaze!into!the!future,!a!future!that!only!you!know.!!A!future!filled!
with!uncertainty!but!one!thing!I!am!certain!of,!that!you!are!going!with!me!and!that!with!you!all!
things!are!possible.!!!All!things!are!possible,!Amen.!

You!all!made!sure!you!touched!him?!!When!divine!things!come!close!it!is!the!responsibility!of!
human! beings! to! touch! it,! grab! hold! of! it.! ! Make! sure;! grab! hold! of! him! in! this! encounter.!!
There'll!be!lots!of!other!times!for!us!to!do!this,!opportunities,!make!the!most!of!it.!!Some!of!you!
are!still!too!encased!in!your!own!self.!!Still!not!free,!can’t!reach!out!properly.!!You!have!to!make!
a!decision,!either!you!stand!in!your!own!self!and!stand!in!the!encasement!of!your!own!self,!well!
