1. System Logon
1. Enter the URL, http://coris.sarawaknet.gov.my
2. The Login page will be shown as below:
3. Please login using user SarawakNet Email ID and Password.
4. Main Page will appear:
5. Using the system Search Criteria, sample as shown above:

2. Entering New Project (Data Entry)
This function is for the Data Entry to Add New and update the project(s).
1. Log into System, Search the Company name.
2. Using the system Search Criteria, sample as shown above:
3. Click on the Company Name link to process.

4. Click on the Project Details tab.
5. Click on the New Record button to insert new project.

Entering a New Project.
6. Fill in the all the requirement fields in order for you to save the new project.
7. Click on the Back button to previous page.
8. Click on the Reset button to clear all fields.
9. Click on the Save button to save the record.

10. Once saved, project highlighted as Project Details Have Not Submitted By
Agency. Data checker will have to verify the projects records entered by data
entry. (Yellow tone for project waiting for verification)
11. Data Entry have to inform Data Checker to verify.

3. How to verify the project (Date Checker)
This function is for the Data Checker to verify and submitted projects.
1. To verify the project.
2. Click on the Verify Project(s) to view that need to be verified.

Note: Once click Save & Submit button the project will be published for ALL
agencies to view and it will change the colour from yellow to orange (On-going
projects).

4. How to update the still on-going project to completed (Data
Entry)
This part is for the Data entry to update projects progress.
1. The data entry has to search and update the record.
2. Update as above screen and click on Save button.
3. The project status is waiting for data checker to verify. (Yellow)

5. How to verify the still on-going project to completed (Data
Checker)
4. The Data Checker have to verify the project updated by data entry officer.
5. Click on the Project Description then Project Details Tab.
6. Data Checker click Save & Submit button to verify the project to completed.

7. Once clicked, the colour will changed to green. (Project completed)
