Our Corporate Menus are designed for corporate catering taking place Monday through Friday; and
dinners Monday through Thursday. If you are planning a weekend event please ask for social menu

Taxes & Catering Fee ++:
All food and beverage prices are subject to NYS sales tax and catering fee. Hall of Springs Events: add
a 14% facility fee. 90 State Events, add a 12% facility fee. Mansion Catering Events: labor & equipment
fees apply, please inquire.
Staff Fees:
For groups under 30 people, add a $200 staff fee in addition to the customary catering fee.
Financial minimums may apply. Please inquire with your event planner.
Guest count minimums may apply. Please inquire with your event planner.
Number of Guests:
Guaranteed attendance is requested 5 business days prior to your function. You will be billed for your
guarantee or the number of guests at your function, whichever is greater. At 72 hours prior to your
event your count is considered a guarantee and cannot be lowered.
Room Assignment:
Function room assignments are made based on the number of anticipated guests. Locations may not
be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change room assignments should the anticipated numbers
increase or decrease. Please be sure to discuss any special needs to accommodate you and your
guests.
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit is due at the time of booking your function and is non-refundable. Full payment is due the
day of the event.
Tablecloth & Napkins:
Lap-length linen tablecloths are available in ivory, black and white. Napkins are available in many colors, please ask your event planner. Custom linen colors may be coordinated through your event planner.
Audio Visual Equipment Rentals:
We have several Audio-Visual Equipment options from which to choose. Equipment is venue specific,
but may include Flip Charts and Markers, Cordless Mics and Cordless Lav Mics, TV/DVD, LCD Projector,
Conference Phone, Wireless Card, Podium, Easel, Vendor Tables and more. Please consult with your
event planner regarding availability and rental fees for your audio-visual needs.
Rentals and Decor:
Arrangements can be made for rental of audio-visual equipment and/or decor through our sales
department. Any rental fees will be added to your bill. Rental equipment for off-premises venues is site
specific. Consult your event planner for available items and pricing.

In the spirit of hospitality, the team at Mazzone Hospitality understands that from time to time we may
be asked to assist with the storage of personal items. We are happy to accommodate requests to store

we do not have a secure storage area and therefore we cannot assume any liability for holding these
