"Education must enable young people
to effect what they have recognized to
be right, despite hardships, despite
dangers, despite inner scepticism,
despite boredom, and despite mockery
from the world."
“I refuse to arrange a world war in every
generation to rescue the young from a
depressing peace. Let us rather plan
their life at school so that they can
discover and test their hidden powers.”
Kurt Hahn, UWC Founder
