1. Please remember trash days are Monday & Thursday.
Thanksgiving will also be a holiday for our offices, and we
will be closed. We will not have trash or housekeeping
services that day. We will have an extra trash pick up on
Friday, November 27th.
2. Early reminder: The Christmas & New Year’s Day holiday
will fall on Friday in the months of November and December.
We will not have housekeeping services on these holiday’s,
as our office will be closed.

Pomegranate
Salad for the
Holiday’s
The pomegranate fruit is low in calories, high in fiber, high in vitamins, high
in phytochemicals and is a powerful source of antioxidant. They are a good
source of vitamins C & K. The seeds are rich in specific polyphenols, such
as tannins, quercetin, and anthocyanins, all of which may offer heart health
and anti-cancer benefits. Try this quick, healthy Spinach Pomegranate
Salad recipe for the holidays. You can even add cranberries!
1 10 oz bag baby spinach leaves, washed and dried, torn in half
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1/2 C alfalfa sprouts (optional)
1/2 C walnut pieces
1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
1/2 C feta cheese
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Place spinach in a bowl. Top with onion, walnuts, and feta. Toss and top with
pomegranate seeds and dressing.
