Exclusive to groups, the outdoor ThunderBlast Corporate Hospitality
Village at the Kentucky Science Center is a great way to entertain
clients, family members and/or employees during Thunder Over
Louisville. Separated from the crowds, you and your guests will enjoy a
full day of festivities from the comfort of your very own private tent.

$4,000 CORPORATE TENT PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Admission to ThunderBlast at the Kentucky Science Center for 40 people.
• Guests will enjoy an outdoor, riverside view of the Thunder Over Louisville air show and
fireworks inside a secure area reserved for ThunderBlast guests only.
• A private 20’ x 20’ tent with tables, chairs, side walls and lighting
• Catered picnic-style meal + 2 drink tickets per person (beer, wine or soft drinks)
• 10 parking spaces at a nearby parking facility
• Admission for each guest to view one 2D standard film* the day of the event.
• Admission to the Science in Play exhibit and all-day access to the Science Center’s permanent
exhibit galleries
• Access to indoor and outdoor kids’ activities
• Admission to the Louisville Slugger Museum

Our Corporate Hospitality Village clients will have the opportunity to make the day extra special
for their guests by adding items to their package such as:
• À la carte food items (e.g., veggie tray, dessert tray, chips/dips, soft drinks, popcorn, etc.)
• Heater for the tent

SPECIAL NOTES
Admittance to ThunderBlast begins at 2:00 P.M.; the Derby Festival’s air show usually begins at
3:00 P.M. and fireworks at 9:30 P.M. No personal tents, coolers, alcohol, food, or drink are
permitted. No pets. Guests may bring additional chairs/blankets and set them up in the outdoor
ThunderBlast seating area. Personal umbrellas - no larger than a golf umbrella – strollers and
small wagons are permitted.
*Does not include admission to the 10:15 P.M. film; Film must be selected two weeks prior to the event.
