Collective Consciousness to enter into the Superconscious zone.

1.1 STUDIES OF THE EFFECTS OF MEDITATION ON PEACE
Various studies have been done by different organizations to measure the effects of group meditation on
communities. Some observed the effect of a critical mass of people who meditated and these showed an eight
percent decrease in the crime rate in the cities where group meditation was conducted. Other reports showed
a significant reduction in acts of violence and increase in cooperative, helpful acts. In war-stricken areas there
have been more than 50 percent reported drop in daily war deaths and more than 25 percent drop in war
injuries. The overall statistics showed with group meditation, reduced crime rates, fewer hospital admissions,
and reduced violence, leading to an increase in the overall quality of life.
1.2 KUMBH MELAS
Kumbh Mela is a spiritual confluence held on the banks of sacred rivers. Nithyananda Mission promotes and
organizes Kumbh Melas worldwide.
In September 2006, Nithyananda organized the first
confluence for world peace to honor the memory of
who lost their lives and of those who risked their

1.3 PEACE WALKS
To instill a greater sense of responsibility into people and spread awareness about global peace, Nithyananda
Mission organizes peace walks for several hundreds of kilometers, particularly with the youth in India and
USA.
In January 2009, a month long walk was organized with people participating from over 1000 villages covering
1000 km:
1. To dispel the insecurities caused by religion, caste and creed. People from all walks of life and various
religious backgrounds have been participating in this. It symbolizes the religious harmony,
transcending the boundaries created by society.
2. To promote friendliness, compassion and the ‘feeling connected’ and universal togetherness among
people. This individual transformation will directly lead to group transformation and thus world
peace.
3. To reach out to different villages and provide people good physical and mental health, get over
unhealthy habits like addiction and be emotionally balanced.
4. To spread awareness in the areas of health and education and gather support for establishing a free
school and free hospital for providing emergency health care in every taluka (group of villages).
5. Help attack the biggest challenges facing humanity today – increase in crime rate and terrorism.
6. To celebrate the success of the Mission so far and to promote further awareness and support for the
social causes the Mission works for.
The Nithyananda Mission thus aims to provide a healthy ecosystem for a peaceful society, developed both in
the outer and inner worlds - economically, socially, politically and spiritually.

Such fire rituals are conducted as a means to
connect to the universal Existence and thus
reinforce the sense of connectedness with the
whole world. They remind us that we are all not
separate individuals but part of a grand Whole. They bring about peace and harmony and purify the space in
which they are conducted. The whole city, state, nation and thus the world benefits from such fire rituals
which tap into the cosmic energy and harness it for the benefit of humanity.

1.5 SPIRITUAL JOURNEYS FOR INDIVIDUAL PEACE
As a peace ambassador to humanity, Nithyananda leads people from all over the world on spiritual journeys
to high energy centers like the Himalayan mountains, holy shrines of India and other sacred places outside
India. Delivering many talks during these journeys, he instills deeply into individuals the truth of the cosmos

towards each other and Existence, we become a positive force, empowered to transform ourselves
and others into blissful beings.

Temples like Ohio, Oklahoma, San Jose, Los Angeles, New York and Vancouver. Over 500 devotees
and members from the community participated to make the event a grand success. Conducted for

Starting with Sanskrit chanting, the traditional ceremony continued with offerings to each of the 7
deities, invoking their energies into the fire, followed by a final offering of herbs. All the chantings,
visualizations and offerings (including herbs) added to the net positive vibrations in the space, thus
contributing directly to the greater peace in Seattle and in the world. The event evoked a very

sessions are done by groups of 4 or 6, and directly lead to experiences of joy, bliss and peace in the
listener.

the deeper aspects of the chanting sciences. In addition, these sessions serve the purpose of
introducing the traditional Vedic chanting to the wider community, as part of Vedic Temple’s crosscultural outreach efforts. These small, one-hour sessions have received tremendous response and
welcome from the Yoga Studios around the city.

avenues for people to express, experience and enjoy the various systems of music and dance from
the Vedic tradition. Different artistes and performers, of varying calibers from seasoned
professionals to kids who are beginning to learn, are offered avenues to perform and learn the
various arts. Both local and international artistes have performed at the Temple. About 40+ events
have been organized at the Vedic Temple in 2008 alone, and these have been enjoyed by more than
1000 people.
These programs are usually offered free, and are open to all, and they provide a platform for crosscultural interchange, and serve to expose and popularize these art forms across the wider greater
Seattle community.

2.3 SERVICES AT THE OHIO VEDIC TEMPLE, USA
2.3.1 NITHYA YOGA SESSION FOR THE INMATES AT OHIO PRISON
Life Bliss Foundation has served over 30 women twice a week since September 2008 at the Ohio
Womens’ Reformatory, the largest womens’ prison in Ohio. This prison houses 2500 inmates with
the population increasing due to increased drug convictions, reduced probation options and longer
sentences. Two of the biggest coping factors in prison life are boredom and stress due to
overcrowding. The 40 inmates invited to attend twice weekly Nithya Yoga Sessions are serving life
sentences. Many of the women in the Nithya Yoga Sessions have also attended one or more yoga
classes offered in the prison. However, after 10 weeks of doing Nithya Yoga, which includes the
meditation technique called Life Bliss Meditation, the women were reporting medical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual changes in their lives. Some of the reports included lower cholesterol, lower
blood pressure, less heart palpitations, more positive outlook, ability to focus and stay focused,
having a feeling of value to society, and the increased inner knowledge that they are not 'bad’ people.

2.3.1.1 Testimonials
1.
This class has made me realize that I AM a good person and I DO have something of value to
offer to the world. I'm much more positive and more able to focus. - Davala #61395
2.
My cholesterol level has dropped 15 pts inside of 2 months- only change has been yoga. Much
more peaceful outlook. – Marie
3.
My breath wind has expanded. Less heart palpitations. I can also tell my blood pressure is not
getting high although I do take medications for this. - Sandy #24040
4.
I have chosen to survive in a positive manner despite the odds against me. Nithya Yoga is giving
me the tools to use the positive force within me to bring change to the world around me and
inside me. The most drastic noticeable change would be my health. I no longer take medication
to lower my cholesterol, yet my bad cholesterol has dropped 15 points. I am a Crohn's disease
survivor and my health has always reflected my stress levels. I do not remember ever being
completely symptom free, not once in the 20+ years that I have been dealing with this disease.
Now, every morning as I take stock of my body, I know that I am healthy. I am symptom free
which means stress free. I was raised Roman Catholic and although I am not truly active in the
church I still hold to many of the beliefs and consider myself to be a good Christian. Yoga has, in
my heart and mind, brought greater clarity and meaning to my religious beliefs.
-Marie Hilton (40 years old) ORW
5.
Allow me to mention my chronic illness first – seizures, high blood pressure, CPLD, high bad
cholesterol. Starting with those conditions made this new type of yoga a challenge for me. My
first time doing yoga actually. I have noticed several changes in my conditions: My breathing has
extended-seems I have longer breath. After a month into yoga I began noticing that I had not felt
heart palpitations.
6.
The meditations I am practicing (Nithya Dhyaan) now help to lengthen and prolong the peace
I’ve acquired thru the years. There is actually nothing I don’t like about this type of yoga. I tip

my hat to India – these people are very self conscious and capable of maintaining to a degree I’m
not so sure Americans can venture into. I will continue to venture and strive to maintain to be
true to myself. Meditating helps also as a soul cleansing to me. I cannot wait to get #’s from my
statistics medically to share for I know – I feel improvements within and without my being.

3. MEDITATION AND YOGA PROGRAMS WORLDWIDE
3.1 RANGE OF MEDITATION PROGRAMS
Swami has designed various meditation programs for people of all ages, personalities and
backgrounds. Some of the programs include:
3.1.1 CHAKRAS-BASED MEDITATIONS: LIFE BLISS PROGRAM LEVEL 1 - ANANDA SPURANA
PROGRAM (ASP)
In this transformational program one is made aware of
how the functioning of the body’s seven major chakras or
vital energy centers in the body, directly impacts physical
and mental well-being. Negative emotions like jealousy,
lust, fear, discontent etc. related to the seven chakras are
examined, studied and understood in depth, and each is
followed by a cleansing, healing, rejuvenating meditation.
Ananda Spurana Program in progress in the
Klang center, Malaysia in October 2008
Sharlene Das, Shillong, India
“The ASP was my first ever meditation program. Being a good Roman Catholic, I nearly
left the venue when I caught sight of Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s turbaned profile, as I
thought I was walking into a Hindu ritual thing. However, I found myself staying for the
whole two days, throwing myself into each meditation. Today I am a member of the
Nithyananda family, an ASP and Nithya Yoga Teacher and a Nithya spiritual healer,
blissfully juggling with anything that comes my way in life.”
3.1.2 EMOTIONAL CLEANSING: LIFE BLISS PROGRAM LEVEL 2 - NITHYANANDA SPURANA
PROGRAM (NSP)
The NSP is a meditation program that clears the deep
unconscious emotional blocks. It creates the space to
detach from ingrained and unconscious emotions like
guilt, pleasure and pain, all of which stem from the
ultimate fear of death. It works on deeply engraved
memories of past lives, liberating one from them. It is a
gateway to a new life that is driven by natural intelligence
33
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam
and spontaneous enthusiasm. It facilitates life to become an eternal celebration.
Life Bliss Program Level 2 - NSP, Florida,
USA,in October 2007
3.1.3 CLEANSING THE ENERGY SHEATHS: LIFE BLISS PROGRAM LEVEL 3 - ATMA SPURANA
PROGRAM (ATSP)
This meditation program describes the five body sheaths
called koshas that stand in the way of man from realizing
the truth that he is enlightened. It offers techniques that
pull human awareness through these sheaths to reach the
Self. It imparts tremendous intellectual understanding
coupled with powerful meditations to produce instant
clarity and integration within.
Life Bliss Program Level 3 – ATSP,
Seattle, USA in May 2007
3.1.4 EXPERIENCING THE POWER OF DEVOTION: LIFE BLISS PROGRAM LEVEL 3 - BHAKTI
SPURANA PROGRAM (BSP)
This is a program to enrich emotional well-being. It
teaches the language of man’s innermost being, and
frees from the base emotions of lust, fear, greed, anger,
greed, envy, etc., bringing equanimity to the mind and
deep fulfillment within. This fulfillment takes us beyond
our wants into the blissful realm of service out of
overflowing joy and compassion. The program reveals
the path of devotion, steering us from intellect to our
innermost being, from mundane worship to the purest
intimacy with the Divine. It allows one to experience
the real depth and joy of any relationship in life.
Life Bliss Program Level 3 – BSP,
Ohio in August 2008
3.1.5 HEALTH AND WELLNESS - AROGYA SPURANA PROGRAM
Arogya or Good Health is not just an absence of disease, it is a positive well-beingness. The Arogya
Spurana Program is an intense meditation camp on the integrated science of body, mind and spirit. It
34
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam
is an opportunity to understand that our body is not just a bio-mechanism but one that has its roots
in deep consciousness and intelligence. It helps understand and address the negative impact of the
imbalance of the elemental energies in the body. It is a health and healing program that takes you
through meditation and healing besides creating a new mental setup attuned towards living a positive
life.
Experiences
Dr. Charles E. Bohman, Ohio, USA
“I am an Optometerist and run my own private practice in Mount Gilead, Ohio.
After the Health and Wellness, I have experienced resolution of a chronic skin
rash, resolution of chronic hip pain, and resolution of a series of chronic sore
throats and colds. By bringing awareness and gratitude through intense prayer to
the physical body, I have learned to activate its intelligence to heal itself.”
3.1.6 WINNING OVER THE MIND: NITHYANANDAM
The mind is nothing but a collection of your thoughts. By nature, our thoughts are unconnected,
independent and illogical. But we try to connect them and create suffering for ourselves. The
moment we realize that our thoughts are unconnected and independent, we can drop our mind and
become unclutched. Nithyanandam is a powerful meditation program that helps one to become the
master of the mind rather than be a slave to it. It shows a space within us where we will find bliss
anytime, anywhere we may be.
Nithyananda conducts the first ever
Nithyanandam program at the
Bangalore ashram in Dec 2005.
People from India, USA,Canada,Guadeloupe, France and
many other countries attended

3.1.7 ENLIGHTENMENT INTENSIVE: INNER AWAKENING
An enlightenment intensive program for sincere seekers
offering yoga, powerful teachings, meditation, initiation and
powerful experiences of one’s latent inner potential. This
program is an intense experience to prepare the body-mind
system to hold and radiate the experience of ‘living
enlightenment’.
Nithyananda conducts the first ever Inner Awakening program at the Bangalore ashram in December
2008. It was attended by people from various cultural and professional backgrounds, from about
15 countries like Singapore, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, various cities across USA, etc
3.1.8 A GIFT FOR LIFE: KALPATARU
Kalpataru is a unique experiential meditation program which sows the seeds of:
Shakti, the Energy to understand and change whatever we need to change in life
Buddhi, the Intelligence to understand and accept whatever we don’t need to change in life
Yukti, the clarity to understand and realize that however
much we change, whatever we see as reality is itself a
continuously changing dream,
Bhakti, the devotion, the feeling of deep connection to
That which is unchanging, Eternal and Ultimate, and
Mukti, the ultimate liberation into Living Enlightenment
when all these four are integrated.
Kalpataru in Malaysia, attended by over 5000 people, 20 November 2008
3.2 GLIMPSES OF MEDITATION PROGRAMS WORLDWIDE

3.3 EDUCATING YOUTH
Nithyananda says, ‘Given the strong exposure to international media, we need to specially nurture
youth with good human values along with the powerful academic education of today.’
As a socio-spiritual organization, Nithyananda Mission takes it up as a social responsibility to uplift
the life of every individual and instill human values into them, especially the youth. Speaking on
rising terrorism and other extremist attitudes, Nithyananda says, ‘When human values are instilled
into youth, they will spontaneously abide by the law.’
3.3.1 TEACHING LIFE ENGINEERING: LIFE BLISS TECHNOLOGY (LBT)
Life Bliss Technology is a completely free of charge and unique program designed by Paramahamsa
Nithyananda with the vision of a world where the youth achieve their full potential both in the inner
world and the outer world, thus shaping their own future with power and self-confidence, and
growing into honest, peace loving, energetic and dynamic individuals. The program features include:

Preparing youth to be healthy, productive, emotionally and intellectually strong
citizens

Training for achieving inner world success and outer world productivity.

Traditional techniques and scientific methods to tap into the inner latent intelligence
and energy.

Experience in leadership skills, event management, hotel management, travel study
programs, music, e-commerce, publishing field, accounting, audio / video
production, methods of worship, and much more. The spiritual and vocational
training extended to these young adults provides them with the resources or
expertise to effectively address the challenges facing today’s youth.

Programs for youth provide support and services in areas such as spiritual training
through yoga and meditation, vocational training, health education, recreation,
cultural tolerance, environmental awareness, and the development of leadership,
conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
 In the past two years more than 300 students have taken part in this intense selfdevelopment program, of which 248 students were so touched and inspired by the
teachings that they stayed back with the
Nithyananda Mission to reach out and
serve further people. 52 students went
back to find jobs for themselves and a
40
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam
life made richer both in the internal and the external world. Food, shelter and
clothing is provided to help them lead a comfortable, happy life while undertaking
the holistic education.
LBT has been successfully conducted since
about 5 years in India. Today, it has spread to
multiple locations across India. Students from
various countries across the world like USA,
Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, Dubai,
UK, France, Guadeloupe, Poland, etc have
been benefiting from LBT.
The success of the program lies in providing the
students practical and holistic education including life sciences, life skills, arts, accounting etc as well
as Vedic tradition. The students after the completion of LBT have been 100% placed successfully in
various organizations.
LBT has now expanded beyond Bengaluru, India to other locations in India. The popular program is
now being extended as a special 3 month program for Westerners.
Life Bliss Technology is Swami’s gift to youth to learn under one roof the technology of blissful
living. What he learnt through years of spiritual wandering and practicing various austerities, he is
offering as a gift to the youth through this program.
3.3.1.1 Experiences
Matthew Murthy, UK
“During the LBT course the Master bestows His grace upon you give
you the experience that your Life is Bliss and give you the technology,
the science, to be constantly radiating this. The training and wisdom
given here will cause anyone to excel in any career of their choice and
lead a life which is enriched and fulfilling in all spheres. I recommend
this course for every person.”

3.3.2 EDUCATION: NITHYANANDA VIDYALAYA
Nithyananda Vidyalaya is a seat of learning offering
enlightenment-based education with a unique blend of the
traditional vedic system of education and a modern scientific
approach for children.
Fearless approach to life and learning is the basis of teaching
here. The child is brought up in an ambience where it is
allowed to express and experiment on his own and thus is not
caught up in fear and peer pressure, which trap most children
today. They are always encouraged to explore and express their creativity and spontaneity. So it is the
most natural way of learning for the children who effortlessly and beautifully grow into integrated
individuals, well-learned, balanced, and capable of facing the toughest challenges in life. All the
learnings and activities are directed to nothing less than the ultimate realization of one’s potential of
enlightenment.
It is important that children learn to internalize and understand social needs without getting
corrupted. They need to learn how to maintain social protocols not by blindly internalizing society’s
so called value system but through understanding. Once they obtain clarity in this, they will no more
wake up from fear but from enthusiasm, interest and love. When this happens, concentration and
memory power increases tremendously.
Nithyananda Vidyalaya provides the pure ambience for
the intelligence to flower in children. They wake up like a
flower, with deep love, and live with people who are
meditators. All the teachers at the Vidyalaya are
meditators who know how to emotionally balance
themselves. So the children do not absorb the negativity
of the outer world and maintain the purity of the inner
world.

“We often see Swami walking around the ashram and sometimes he even
spends time with us in the Laughing Temple. After coming to this ashram,
my aim is to become an enlightened person and remove all the sadness in
the world and have a peaceful and 'Nithyanandam' life. It is Swami's
presence that makes me understand how lucky I am to be here in this
Gurukul.”

3.3.3 INCREASING IQ, EQ AND SQ IN YOUTH: QUANTUM MEMORY PROGRAM (QMP)
QMP is an offering to nurture the students’ innate intelligence as seen by a marked increase in their
Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ). It gives rare and
deep insights into the science of memory, concentration and comprehension. It offers a dynamic
blend of techniques for rapid reading, enhancing creativity and improving logical analysis. This
program provides techniques that make you work smart and more efficiently instead of just working
hard.
Sri Nithyananda Sajeeva, Mysore, India (Ordained teacher of QMP)
“I am an ordained Quantum Memory Program acharya (teacher). I love this
program and its contents because it is so right for the kids (and for people of
all ages too!) I can see the shine in the eyes of the students as they go through
the program. I count myself blessed and fortunate to be in this position –
one that touches and shapes the future citizens of the world. I am convinced
that this is one program that will play a major role in creating a new class of
people – excelling in all fields, yet remaining at peace with themselves and
with the society.”
Vaishnavi, Bangalore, India
“When I entered my teens I had to go through certain stages of life where I suffered.
I used to have fun with my family but at school, it was awful because I would not
understand anything that was taught. I was really poor in studies and couldn’t sit in
one place and concentrate on it. The QMP gave me many tips on how to study. I
scored good marks after that. I could actually concentrate on my studies.”

3.5 NITHYA YOGA
3.5.1 NITHYA YOGA – AN INTRODUCTION
Yoga is a holistic system which takes into consideration the interrelatedness of the body, mind and
Being. Health is seen as a dynamic balance among these three components. In other words, what
happens in the body affects the mind and what happens in the mind, is reflected in the body. This is
a truth that was known to the rishis thousands of years ago which is being understood by modern
medical science in the recent past.
There is a huge gap in the way yoga is being presented now, as compared to how it was understood
and practiced in ancient times.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda is filling this gap by teaching the authentic understanding of yoga that represents Patanjali to the world. This system of yoga is called Nithya Yoga. It is the updated version
of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga that addresses the needs of the modern mind and lifts the
consciousness to greater heights.
The science and practice of Nithya Yoga is all about helping one live a completely conflict free life in
the inner and outer world and thus ‘Live Enlightenment’.
It is not just a methodology to experience physical and mental well-being but also the simple and
straightforward path of enlightenment.
The methodology of the Nithya Yoga practice has the inherent capacity to cleanse us of our
suppressed emotional blocks and deeply embedded samskaras.
3.5.2 DELIVERING NITHYA YOGA TO THE WORLD
In order to make this system available to as many people as possible, teachers are trained in Nithya
Yoga, classes conducted, books published and relevant materials are provided to educate and
empower people.
From the inception of Nithya Yoga in the year 2005, many milestones have been reached. Following
are a few of them:

3.5.2.2 Nithya Yoga Teachers Training (NYTT)
Since 2005, six Nithya Yoga Teachers Training have happened both in India and America.
The syllabus for the training programs include:
•
Understanding the pure essence of yoga as it was presented in ancient times in contrast with
how it is being presented today.
•
Being provided with a background into the life of Patanjali (The Founder of the Yoga
system) and his teachings – the system of Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Sutra. Learning how the
mind is the major obstacle preventing us from experiencing the state of yoga and Paramahamsa
Nithyananda’s technique of moving beyond the mind; Un-Clutching.
•
Learning about the power of visualization and body intelligence, study into the chakras
(energy centers) existing within the human make-up and how they influence our overall
physical health and wellbeing.
•
Learning and teaching dynamic meditation, asana, pranayama, mudras, chanting etc
As a result of the six Nithya Yoga Teachers Trainings, there have been over 75 teachers certified by
Paramahamsa Nithyananda to teach the practice of Nithya Yoga. Nithya Yoga classes are being

3.5.4 TESTIMONIALS
3.5.4.1 From the Senior Teachers of Nithya Yoga
Ma Nithya Maneeshananda – India
What I learned and experienced through Nithya Yoga is beyond description. All I can say
is that it is the most complete and scientific approach to the understanding of yoga;
which at the same time is so rooted to the original teachings of yoga as given to humanity
by the sage, Patanjali.
Ma Nithyananda Gnaneshwari Mayi – Australia
I am extremely blessed to have been trained and initiated directly from my Master,
Paramahamsa Nithyananda into this complete and authentic system of yoga. Being a
Westerner who was once seeking the truth of yoga, I overflow with gratitude everyday
because of the blessing I have to be able to share and deliver this science to the seekers of
yoga in the West.
3.5.4.2 From the Teachers of Nithya Yoga
Ma Nithyananda Bodhanaa - USA
53
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam
I have had the privilege of teaching Nithya Yoga at a State Women's Prison. The prisoners have reported
rapid improvements in health and self-worth from the yoga sessions. As an enlightened teacher, Swamiji is
able to help us experience yoga the way it was meant to be experienced, holistically and at the Being level,
as a tremendous healing force for the planet.
Cassandra Wallick – USA
Through Nithya Yoga, which I have been practicing in my own life for two years, I have
found out what it means to really live life to the fullest. The effects that I have witnessed
in my students lives are astounding. I have seen people go from a state of mild
depression, stress, and/or anxiety to an incredibly high state of joy and bliss within a two
hour Nithya Yoga class. The more they practice Nithya Yoga, the deeper is the effect.
Suchitra Satyanarayana (Ma Nithyananda Arpana) – Singapore
Many students after attending the Nithya Yoga program say that they feel more
integrated with themselves and are able to enjoy whatever they do much more. An
experienced Yoga tutor attended Nithya Yoga and shared that she had never seen
anything so powerful as Nithya yoga. A student even came jumping to me saying he
has lost 10+ Kgs after doing Nithya Yoga.
.
Gay Coltilde (Ma Nithya Chandrananda) – France
I have taught Nithya Yoga in France, Guadeloupe and India. I have seen how people are
dealing with their life in a much better way, how they gain enthusiasm and hope, because
they experience they can be elevated from their worries, depression and sadness, with a
little Yoga, understanding and trust in life. I feel I am doing a great job by teaching
Nithya Yoga; it is a great social work, helping people at the root problem: the mind.
Sandhya Nambiar (Ma Nithyananda Atma Prema) – Dubai
The NYTT gave me a depth of understanding that completely transformed my ideas about
Yoga. I now have such a deep respect for this ancient science and feel so much gratitude
that we were given the opportunity to learn it directly from the Master Himself.
3.5.4.3 From the practitioners of Nithya Yoga

pass for Nithya Yoga knowing this was not a whim but very real. I have been on two different high blood
pressure medications, and after my third Nithya Yoga session, I had a check-up with my doctor. The
doctor actually took me off one of the pills. I felt the reason for my health was Nithya Yoga.
Ma Nithyananda Narthana, Calabasas, Los Angeles
A Nithya Yoga class has it all, from intense movement to deep stillness. I learned how my body is shaped
according to my belief system and how my thoughts and beliefs have a profound effect on the
functioning and wellbeing of my body and mind. With Nithya Yoga I experienced transformation at all
levels - body, mind and being.
Christina James, RN Pullman, Washington, USA
The greatest benefit of Nithya Yoga was the lasting, blissful effect it had on me each day. Learning that no
matter what I’m doing, the intention that I have sets the stage for what is recorded in my body created a
big change in my awareness and thinking as I move through my activities. I am very glad that I was
introduced to Nithya Yoga and look forward to experiencing it more and more in my daily life.

few.
•

decisions’ to ‘intuitive decisions’ at the global level.
•
Techniques to cleanse the ‘unconscious’ zone of the human mind to achieve more productivity,
enhanced actions, behaviors and perceptions.
•
Team work as a ‘collective consciousness’ rather than a compulsive concept.
•
Time Management through the key concepts of ‘chronological time’ and ‘psychological time’.
•
Expansion of companies to larger entities enriched by a spiritual approach to work with human
values established in the processes of production and practiced by its employees.
•
Techniques to remain centered upon the core purpose of human life while combating the
challenges of the corporate world.
