The days of staying behind to watch older siblings go off to camp are over!
Day Camp is designed with your 1st - 3rd grader in mind! Right from the start,
highly trained Skyview counselors lead your campers and their friends through
fun, clean, and safe activities. Between pony rides, delicious meals, splashing
around in the pool, covering their counselors in shaving cream, and even taking
a field trip to hand-feed giraffes, this program is the ideal first step into
summer camp without having to spend a night away from home!

Mini-Camp is here! Not only
can 1st - 3rd graders from
further away attend the fun
of Skyview Ranch Summer
Camp, but they experience a gentle
transition into spending nights away
from home.
Along with their counselors and cabinmates, Mini-Campers
do all of the fun activities that Day Camp does, but with the
added bonus of spending 2 nights here at the Ranch. Each
session runs for 3 days and 2 nights, which are filled to the
brim with things like pony rides, shaving cream fights,
swimming, and crafts. Campers will even experience the
beauty of being at Skyview in the evening. That means
bonfires, s’mores, night hikes, and extra chapel sessions!
We are excited to expand programming for this younger
age group and hope you’ll join us this summer!
Combine that with daily chapel messages that are both engaging and easy to
understand, and your camper will be excited for each new day at Skyview!

JUNIOR CAMP

Are you ready for the best week of the summer?
Junior Camp is what happens when intentional programming and fun collide. Starting
Monday morning, campers join up with their counselors and cabinmates, immediately getting
to know all of the new friends who will be with them throughout the week!
Over the next five activity packed days, Juniors will go swimming in the pool, ride trained
horses like Sherman and Olaf, take part in giant group games with every Junior camper, learn
the art of using a bow and arrow, cover your friends in shaving cream, and hang out with friends
around a roaring bonfire, perfect for s’mores!

Juniors get to hear the Word of God preached twice a day, as guest speakers guide them through the basics of knowing
God and how much He loves them. It will be a week they’ll talk about all summer!

Live life wild.
Sixth grade is a turning point for many
campers. Do you fit in with the Junior or Jr.
High Campers better? If you aren’t sure
where to go this summer, that’s okay. In fact,
that’s great! It’s why this sixth grade specific
Pioneer Camp was created in the first place!
Spend your week living in a unique covered
wagon cabin campground, set apart from
the busyness of camp. Pioneers spend their
week together doing things like climbing to
the top of Jacob’s Ladder, spending a night
under the stars after a beautiful sunset
horse trail, and even hand-feeding
exotic animals.
The best part is, Pioneer chapel meets daily
outdoors in the middle of God’s stunning
creation! We can’t wait to see you there!

It’s time to ride like the wind!
If you find that having only one or two horse trails during a
week of camp isn’t enough, this may be the program for you.
Equine Campers receive a week of hands-on experience as
they work in the barn, side-by-side with CHA trained
wranglers. You’ll help bring in the herd, brush them out,
and take part in comprehensive riding and ground lessons.
Don’t forget about trail rides on your favorite horse! With an
Equine Camp specific chapel speaker, too, there is never a
dull moment to be found. No experience necessary, only a
love of horses and desire to learn!

How do you begin to describe Jr. High Camp?
You’re not a kid anymore. You are on the edge of adulthood, and it’s time to
take on some new challenges and push yourself in new directions. Go one
step further than you think you can and climb to the top of the zip line. Count
to three and be launched off the blob and into the pond by your friends.
Spend a day leisurely rafting down the Mohican River with your cabinmates
and counselor. This week was made for you!

Even better are the morning and evening chapels, filled with engaging modern
worship music and guest speakers who have a passion for the Jr. High age

Skyview is teaming up with PADI
certified instructors from Columbus
Scuba this year to bring campers a
week of personal dive training. Experience
hands-on learning with a 3:1 camper to instructor ratio.
Campers will explore the world under the waves in pools
and quarries, overnighting at one of the top dive sites in the
midwest! Best of all, during the course of the week, students
will have enough dives and instruction to go home with their
Scuba Certification. Once certified, you are certified for life!
When not underwater, campers join in on the rest of the fun
at the Ranch, from camp-wide group games to bonfires to
compelling, life impacting chapel sessions.
We cannot wait to dive with you!

Experience a week like none other.
Sr. High Camp is high energy and non-stop from beginning
to end. Team up with another cabin to conquer the 50’
swinging ladder known as Goliath. Work together to
capture the flag amidst a sprawling paintball arena. Grab
your friends, some innertubes, and relax as you float along
the lazy river in the pool. Be ready to get messier than you
can imagine in a camp-wide color war.
Top it all off with twice-a-day, life impacting chapel
messages and modern worship led by Summit University’s
RiSE band. Get ready for a week that will change your life!

Brigade Air and Skyview Ranch are partnering up again to provide
campers the opportunity to see if aviation missions is in their future!
This week is filled with all you’ll need to know in order to get off the
ground. Learn the basics of flight during groundschool, begin charting
flightpaths, and team up with a trained pilot as you spend time in
the air flying the Cessna Skyhawks yourself.
Many campers leave this week knowing that God is calling them to
the field of aviation missions. Are you ready to find out?

Worship Campers receive five days of individual and group
instruction by collegiate musicians and worship leaders from
Summit University. Together with your fellow campers, you
will form a band, learn the in’s and out’s of what it means
to be a worship band, and even perform your own set list
during camp-wide chapel sessions.

If the “S” in SVR stands for Summer Camp and the “R” means
Retreats, the “V” is for Volunteers! A vital part of the Ranch,
volunteers are the glue holding the different seasons of this
ministry together! During the summer, volunteers spend anywhere from 1 - 10 weeks alongside the Skyview staff as they invest in
campers and run summer camp activities.
