principle. A unique bottom drum design combined
with the Vermeer dual-stage belt tightening system
on Super M Balers is simply the best way to build a bale
… right froM the StArt. it takes excessive stress off
the belts. it eliminates the need for expensive diamond

feature a hex design that’s fast and easy to replace and maintain.
note the heavy-duty sprockets and heavy-duty premium-grade
drive chains (#80 on the main drive). the idler bearings – 27/16"
(6.19 cm) diameter – are triple-lip sealed to withstand toughest
baling conditions and minimize contamination.

the hydraulically powered bale ramp system from
Vermeer consistently kicks out finished bales and
prevents them from rolling back until the baler takes
off. this positive "roll-push-hold" system features a
hydraulic/mechanical sequence valve to keep it from
getting out of sync and prematurely shutting the
gate. (in fact, the ramp must be in the raised position
before the tailgate can close). it works better – and
in more areas – than spring-assist systems used on
other balers. it's easier on the bales. And, with Drop
’n go Bale ejection, you're ready to roll, because you
don't have to disengage and re-engage the Pto …

diameter] giving you the ability to load two-abreast

payload. With the 604 Super M, you can vary
both bale density and diameter to match transport
requirements and customer preferences.
