For any liquid hydrocarbon or chemicals
measure
application,
the
MicroCompt
electronic batch controller allows you to choose
the most adapted solution to your site and / or
your process and to optimize your installation
costs.
The 19’ rack version for off-site control room or
the ex-proof on-site version, the MicroCompt
owns all the required characteristics to control
any high accuracy metering set con one or two
metering units each.
Approved by Weight and Measures Authorities in
the class 0.3 accuracy, the MicroCompt can control
any type of metering unit: turbine flow meter, PD
meter, mass flow meter, ultrasonic meter, etc…
The MicroCompt carries out the acquisition of all
influence parameters (temperature, pressure,
density or standard density), performs the required
measure corrections on the gross volume of product
metered and determines the volume at any
reference standard.
Secured storage, MODBUS network communication
for dynamic supervision and local process control command are fully completed as well as the overall
functions offered the MicroCompt.

(cabling and complete tests before on-site delivery) and to
remote management far from control room thanks to local
connection with all on-site sensors / actuators. Connection to
central site lilted to a power supply single network and a
network double pair communication cable.
