ELDO-MIX 101
Developed for processing low to medium viscosity
thixotropic two component media with a volumetric
mixing ratio of between 1:1 and 10:1, the
ELDO-MIX 101 typically handles polyurethanes,
silicones and epoxy resins in such applications as
rapid prototyping, badge doming, gluing, bead
laying, coating and potting.
Fed directly from machine mounted pressure feed
containers, the ELDO-MIX 101 features separately
driven gear metering pumps, whose material pressure
and output are controlled by a PLC controller.

Function
The individual components are fed by machine mounted
pressure feed containers into the gear pumps, where they
are proportioned at the pre-selected mix ratio.
Each gear metering pump is protected with pressure
sensor gauges against over pressure as standard.
Both components are then fed under pressure
separately until they enter the twin snuffer dispensing
valve, where they are homogeneously mixed and
dispensed.
