All fitness levels will benefit from this class! Barre~ Core Fusion grip socks or bare feet are required. Do your workouts need a boot in the butt? Outdoor Bootcamp training is exactly what you need to whip your body in shape! This style of training is a challenge, but it will be leveled for everyone. Beginners through advanced participants will love it! Coached by Personal Trainer Isaiah. Meet at The Club and head outside! At 8 sessions for $20 or 16 sessions for $30, Blast OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses the bench in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, balance, coordination and strength with exciting music and a great group energy. A strong core from your shoulders to your hips will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and intergrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and levels, Discover results, Discover Group Power! **Please Note that this class is an additional fee of $1.50 per class or 10 class card for $10.00 (may be purchased at the front desk). Group POWER Clinic* Cardio Kick In order to get your absolute best results with Group Power class, you need to have great form. Learn all the basics that you need to perfect form and choose proper weight selection. This clinic is highly suggested and encouraged for all new participants of Group Power to take. Please note that the Saturday clinic occurs on the 1st and 3rd Sat. of the month. Clinic is free and your 1st class is free! This class is a knockout! A challenging athletic workout for all fitness levels. Increase endurance, burn crazy calories and feel instantly energized! Bag work will be incorporated. Please bring wraps or gloves (available for sale at front desk) Tone and sculpt your body like a dancer without taking a big leap! You will hit the barre in this training designed to lengthen and lean all your muscles with the focus on core, legs, gluts, arms and lower back. This is a low impact class, but is still very high in intensity. Your muscles will be worked fully using the barre and other training apparatus.No experience needed! No you can't say no! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Experience what ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) calls the hottest fitness trend in 2014. Go all out with 100% effort through quick intense bursts of cardio and strength training followed by short recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up, burns more fat in less time and sets your metabolism in overdrive (boosting it as much as 48 hours after)! Training will be leveled for different fitness levels. This training is the best of both worlds. Pilates/Core training plus traditional Yoga poses to strengthen and stretch. All levels are welcomed and encouraged. Posture Balance Mobility It is never too late (or too soon)to develop a healthier way to move through the many physical changes we face in our journey through life. This class will explore ways to resist the pull of gravity, to use the deep muscles which support your joints and help you understand the strenghts and weakness of posture and carriage which are unique to you. Work with exercise balls, barre, TRX suspension, poles and pilates. An eclectic fusion of Ashtanga, Bikram and Hatha styles of Yoga. All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged. Mats are provided, but sticky yoga mats are recommended.
