COSCON MOBILE Android User Manual
COSCON MOBILE service will experience the convenience of COSCON wherever you are.
The 2.0 version contents three main functions---Cargo Tracking, Sailing Schedule and Customs
Declaration. And also have actual schedule maintenance function for internal user, which can help
user update the actual schedule when they are outside of the company.
COSCON MOBILE software are free of charge, now supports IPHONE, Android and
Windows Mobile 6.5.

【Cargo Tracking】


Enter COSCON Booking Number/BL Number
Click „Search‟ to get the tracking detail.





System will show the container list in that
shipment.
When container current location different,
system will have a green/red flag marked,
green flag identify the container closest to the
destination. Red flag identify the container
furthest from the destination.
Click container list to see the detail of status
and locations.
After enter the Booking/Bill number, user
can click “+” button to add this number into
favorite list. Next time user can use My
favorite list to get the Booking/Bill number
directly.

Click History to see all history status and locations

User can click „Back‟ button to back the last
window.

User can enter container number, with or without
check digit
Click „Search‟ to get the tracking detail.

Click History to see all history status and

User can click „Back‟ button to back the last
window
After enter the Container number, user can click
the + button to add this number into favorite list.
Next time user can use My favorite list to get the
Container number directly.
【Sailing Schedule】

User can search the sailing schedule by port pair or by
vessel
【Sailing Schedule】

After select Country, Port, click search to get the
result

Result window will show the closest voyage as
default, click more to get the voyages in 4 weeks.
【Sailing Schedule】

If there is transshipment existing, user can click the
see transshipment details

User can enter Vessel name, after click search, system
will show all voyages in 4 weeks.


【Declaration】

Two declaration query selection:
U.S. Declaration
EU Declaration


For U.S Declaration, after input the shipment number,
click “Search” button,then show the detailed info:

For EU Declaration, Include three functions
After input the shipment number in EU Qry, click
“Search” button and show the detailed info:
【Office】

If the GPS is open, then program will automatically
pick up the related office; otherwise, please select the
country and city you want to search;

COSCON internal user can use actual schedule
function through pass the authorization.
Please input domain ID and password in this area, not
IRIS2 log in ID and password.
【Schedule Maintenance】

Input all info in the blank, and click search, the related
record will return；




The detailed info has following info：SERVICE，
VESSEL CODE，ARRIVE VOYAGE，TERM，PILOT
ETA，BERTH ETD，DEFAULT CUT OFF DATE 和
DEFAULT AVAILABLE DATE；
Three columns can be uploaded: PILOT ATA，BERTH
ATA and BERTH ATD.
Click upload button, the data will be transferred to
IRIS2, and the notification email will send to you；
You can search one month‟s update record in update
history；
If schedule actually update in IRIS2, you can see the log had been recorded in remarks.
