1) Purchase qualifying Rancho® products (see qualifying Rancho® Products/Series above) and get a Visa® Prepaid Card for the dollar amount specified next to the qualifying product purchase.
Offer does not include installation/labor costs or taxes and is only good on qualifying product (see above for list of qualifying products). Offer valid on purchases made between March 1 – June 30, 2015.
Offer is good only on the first retail sale of qualifying products that are purchased new. Resold and/or repackaged products do not qualify for this offer. Upon your fulfillment of the requirements below,
Tenneco will send you a Visa® Prepaid Card for the specified dollar amount.
2) You must submit the following items (postmarked by August 1, 2015) to receive your Rancho® “Magic No. 6” Consumer Offer Visa® Prepaid Card:
a. Authentic dated sales receipt (copy or original) with business and address clearly identified along with product purchased and price circled. The receipt must verify the date of purchase and that the
purchase is paid in full. The name and address information on the sales receipt must match the name and address on this claim form. Altered, forged or otherwise fraudulent proof-of-purchase
documentation will not be honored. PayPal™ receipts are not accepted. Tenneco has the right to substantiate proof-of-purchase. The Rancho® part numbers must be identified on the sales receipt.
Offer does not apply to transactions when product is being replaced under warranty.
b. The original UPC bar code with part number from the carton or packaging of all qualifying product, if the qualifying purchase is made online. No photo copies accepted.
c. This form, filled out completely and legibly, or go to www.offers.tenneco.com to submit purchase information. If you submit purchase information online, print your confirmation page and mail with
required proof-of-purchase (dated sales receipt and original UPC bar code with part number from the carton or packaging, if required) to the address indicated below.
3) Offer submission must be postmarked by August 1, 2015. Tenneco is not responsible for late, lost, postage due or misdirected mail, and all proofs-of-purchase become the property of Tenneco and will
not be returned. Please retain copies for your files.
4) Offer valid in the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico. Offer open to individuals; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. This is an end user offer; dealers, distributors and other resellers
