Welcome
Dear hockey friends,
We contact you because we would like to present to you the 1st edition of the International
Hockey Tournament of Sant Cugat, Barcelona.
The tournament will be for girls’ and boys’ teams from the most important European hockey
leagues. There will also be teams from outside Europe competing together with Catalan and
Spanish teams. Age range is 10-15 years (categories B, C, D; Cadets, Infantils, Alevins) and
a competition 5x5 for the youngest players (2003+).
With the experience of organizing several national competitions, taking part in the major national league (Divisió d’Honor) and all the other categories with over 400 children from our
hockey-school, makes it possible to enjoy the best hockey for our youngsters, during 3 days
(28-29 and 30 of June) in the city of Sant Cugat del Vallès, just 12 kilometers from the centre
of Barcelona.
Beside the 3 day Tournament, we want to propose you to enjoy the Junior FC Sport&Spa
Club, with all kinds of sports activities for all the age groups.
Furthermore, there will be a village with the best suppliers and hockey brands and facilities for
the entire family.
And of course in the warm Mediterranean late-afternoon there will be activities and party with
typical local food and the best music!

The Ist International Hockey Tournament Sant Cugat
is meant for boys and girls of 4 categories:
U16- CADETS - B (14-15 years):
· 8 boys’ teams and 8 girls’ teams
· Pool of 2 groups of 4 teams and a final phase
· Format 11x11
· 1 part of 30’
U14- INFANTILS - C (12 i13 years):
· 10 boys’ teams and 10 girls’ teams
· Pool of 2 groups of 5 teams and a final phase
· Format 7x7
· 1 part of 25’
U12- ALEVINS - D (10 i 11 years):
· 12 boys’ teams and 12 girls’ teams
· Pool of 3 groups of 4 teams and a final phase
· Format 7x7
· 1 part of 20’
BENJAMINS (<10 years):
· 8 boys’ teams and 8 girls’ teams
· Pool of 2 groups of 4 teams and a final phase
· Format 5x5
· 1 part of 20’

The Club’s main building has 4000 m2, with a full
equipped fitness area, Wellness and Spa. In another
building there is the Clubhouse of 1500 m2 with a
restaurant.
The outdoor facilities cover over 60.000 m2 with
everything to offer you the best for health and sports:
