VI ANNUAL CHILDREN’S DRAWING CONTEST ON MOTHERHOOD
RULES
PARTICIPANTS
AWARDS
I . All children between 5 and 12 years of age may attend the
children’s drawing competition. There are two categories:
contestants from 5 to 8 years old and contestants aged between
9 and 12.
X. A first and second prize will be awarded in each category,
consisting of:
SUBJECT AND METHODS
Runner-up prize: Certificate and 100 euros FNAC gift certificate.
II. The artwork must be original and relate to motherhood. Each
contestant may only send in one original piece.
III. The drawings must be presented on A4 and in color.
PRESENTATION
IV. The drawings can be submitted under a pseudonym or alias and
be accompanied by a sealed envelopewith the artisit’s
- real name
- age
- full address
- telephone number and e-mail (if available)
V. Artwork can be sent by mail by clearly writing on the envelope:
“For the Children’s Drawing Contest - Rafael Bernabeu Foundation”
and sent to the Foundation at Rafael Bernabeu Foundation,
Avenida Albufereta, 31. 03016 Alicante, Spain.
1st Prize: Certificate and 300 euros FNAC gift certificate.
8 pieces of art selected from each category will receive a diploma
and a gift.
The award ceremony will take place at FNAC Boulevard in Alicante
on Wednesday, May 27th 2015 at 7 pm including entertainment
for children.
WINNING ARTWORK
XI. The selected work will become property of The Rafael Bernabeu
Foundation, which can use them with rights of reproduction and
dissemination. The winners’ names and work will be posted on
the Foundation website, as well as photos of the event. The other
entries will be destroyed within one month of the jury’s decision if
they are not picked up. Participation in this competition implies
acceptance of these rules, which are also published on our website.
VI. They may also be scanned in high resolution and sent under
pseudonym to: fundacionrafaelbernabeu@institutobernabeu.
com. If artwork sent via this method is chosen to be in the
final, then the original must be sent as outlined in Section V
for the final.

VIII. The best drawings will be displayed with the artist’s pseudonym
in the contest section of the Instituto Bernabeu Facebook page.
The jury will take into consideration all suggestions of visitors
to this page and the artistic quality of the submitted work. Ten
drawings will be previously chosen in each category, from which
the final selection will be made. In accordance with the Spanish
data protection law, parental authorisation will be required to
exhibit the selected drawings.

IX. The management of Instituto Bernabeu will appoint members
of a professional jury. The final decision will be announced on
Monday May 19th 2015 on our website: www.institutobernabeu.
