After Mackenzie was murdered Wendy’s life fell apart. Not only did she lose her beautiful daughter but also her livelihood collapsed. People were afraid or uncomfortable to call her for bids. Wendy felt police were not vigorously investigating the case. We agreed that I would e-mail her the HRVG sessions despite the very disturbing content. She told me there could be no horror greater than what she already had experienced. HRVG viewers were given only a target ID. M4C9-W1W7. They were given no information about the nature of target. Viewers were also given a series of encrypted locations, represented by numbers. HRVG employs a technique known as “S-7 Annex A” that is used to determine location. Unknown to the viewers, the numbers represented locations in and around the Wenatchee area. The viewers were tasked Viewers began submitting sessions in early September 2010. with find the location of the killer from the following encrypted references: Over the next month, • • • • Wendy and I kept in contact through email and telephone. I am forwarding her drawings along with some info I have and some pictures. …There still may be a 3rd guy, not sure if it's the old man, but Chris's grandpa is the ex police chief of Issaquah and has inserted himself since Chris's arrest by stopping the girl from talking...the only picture I can find of him I have attached and he has a smokey the bear hat on along with his uniform... “ Wendy continues, “also that drawing of a building...Chris worked at the funeral home attached in the packet” : 18 ©2011 Debra Duggan-Takagi/Hawaii Remote Viewer's Guild Hawaii Remote Viewer’s Guild In late November 2010, I mailed hard copies of sessions to our analyst, A.P. in San Francisco. A.P. asked that I not use his name because of the nature of his current work. A.P. was completely blind to the target. Within a few weeks A.P. completed the preliminary data extraction matrix. This was a complex target with a lot of details. In early January 2011, I received the following scenario based on HRVG analytical protocol: M4C9-W1W7 – Scenario • • • • • • • • • It is nighttime. There are mountains and vegetation in the area. There is a road and structures where there is slow flowing, shallow water nearby. There is a sound like a boat bumping a dock. There is a vehicle and at least two people are present, a male and a female. The female appears scared or frightened. There is the sound of screaming or crying. There is a dead body and wet cloth. Body is located near sloping land and water, with parts sticking up above the surface of the water. These statements are based on corroboration from multiple viewers, and reduction. The statements are confirmed by information released by the family, police and court records. In conclusion, the viewers have done an extraordinary job providing information about various aspects of the Mackenzie Cowell case. The remote viewers described the location of the victim and the events surrounding the event. The S7 Annex A location finding material will be published in another report. Preliminary data indicates Maria Carmen-Naulty’s results were quite accurate. Her lines of bearing (LOBS) focus on an area that lies within a few miles of the actual locations. The full sessions, complete data extraction matrix and analysis can be found at our web site at www.hrvg.org. ©2011 Debra Duggan-Takagi/Hawaii Remote Viewer's Guild 19
