Car Show Rules
1. Exhibitor’s vehicle/motorcycle must be registered for the event, no exceptions.
2. Competition Categories are Antique. Stock and Modified Classics in ten year increments. Stock and Modified
Modern in ten year increments. Categories with less than three entries will be combined with another category.
3. The Owner/Exhibitor will classify their vehicle as stock or modified, but it is subject to change by the judges if
inappropriately classified. Safety modifications will not be considered when making classification. Judges have final
say on classification.
4. Exhibitor’s provided entry number must be clearly displayed on the vehicles’ windshield or headlamp.
5. Show Awards will consist of each ten year increment and a People’s Choice Award. Dash plaques will also be
given to all entries.
6. Judges must have access to all areas of the show vehicle including trunk, interior and engine compartment.
Judges WILL NOT open these areas for evaluation.
7. Owner/Exhibitor must be available at judging to address any questions presented by the judges.
8. The Car Show Judges decisions are final. Tie breakers will be made by panel consisting of the judges and Outdoor
Rec Director after a short evaluation and possible re-inspection.
9. All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show.
WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR AWARDS. Awards ceremony time will follow directly after judging.
STOCK CLASS
The Stock Class will include vehicles that appear to be factory. The interior must be original or a duplicate of the
original in material, style and color. Engine must be stock for the vehicle’s year and model. No tube-type headers.
No bolt-on after-market parts. Wheels must be available for year/model of the vehicle.
MODIFIED CLASS
The following will automatically place your vehicle in the Modified Class: bodywork that involves redesign of the
original body lines, including but not limited to nosing, chopping, channeling, sectioning, changing radius of wheel
wells, molding, tunneling, etc. Paint is of custom design such as painted graphics, shading, blending, candy, pearl,
neon, or murals. Engine relocation and/or custom fabricated engine mounts. Any after-market tunnel rams,
blowers, turbo chargers and/or late model tuned port-type fuel injection on any other era vehicle. Interiors that
are of a custom design that consist of changes to three or more of the following: seats, door panels, dash
modifications, flooring, headliner, trunk, or truck bed area.
