It is celebrated with Earth Day, Arbor Day and National Park Week. This year, Easter also falls in the month of April. Though we may all honor this holiday in different ways, there are few of us who can dismiss the call of chocolate rabbits, colorful baskets and colored eggs (hard-boiled or marshmallow).
