historical building will exhibit history and memorabilia from Berrien County
firefighters, law enforcement, EMTs, military,
and emergency relief agencies. Come help honor
our local heroes in Building #13 Monday thru
Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm.

entertainment of all kinds!
Dancers, singers, talent shows, kids’ day activities,
bell ringers, square dancing, showcase of 60 & over,
a pie contest and more! Check the daily schedules
for event times! Lakeland HealthCare - Center for
Health Enhancement will also be doing educational presentations on various health topics such as
nutrition, heart health, preventing diabetes and
other important health issues. Dates and times to
be determined.

Year round the BCYF raises money for the Youth
Exhibitor Premium Fund. The fund helps pay for
the premium money that is paid to each exhibitor
for their exhibits shown here during Fair week. Here
are a few ways YOU can help in the efforts:
• August 13, 2014 ~ Alumni Horse Show
Want to feel like an exhibitor again? Miss your showing
days? Join us as the adults of BCYF rally together to
compete in the second annual Alumni Show. This year’s
show features EQUINE! Sign up is in both the Entry
& Horse Entry Office, must be signed up by Tuesday,
August 12. $25 entry fee/nomination; $40 for buyout
of nomination. Each “exhibitor” must secure their own
horse and show supplies and sign a release waiver.
• Now - September 30 ~ Commemorative
BCYF Calendar
Purchase a 2015 Commemorative BCYF Calendar!!
Exhibitors are pre-selling these calendars which feature
pictures from exhibitors and their families, their exhibits,
and the experiences here during Fair week. Calendars
are $15 each and will be delivered around Thanksgiving. This is a great stocking stuffer for any Fair family
and includes all the important dates for exhibitors and
Fair families!
• October 11, 2014 ~ Mom2Mom Sale
Join us as we host our second annual Mom2Mom sale!
Rent a booth and sell your gently used children’s items
including clothing, toys, supplies, etc. Or just come and
shop! $25 table rental fee; $40 craft space/home sales
vendor. $2 admission (kids free)
• March 7, 2015 ~ Dinner/Dance
Let’s party! Our 4th annual Dinner Dance! This night
includes dinner and dancing. Also featured are silent
and live auctions for items donated by area businesses!
Ticket sales are limited- get yours now! $35 single/$60
couple/$240 for a table of 8. This is a 21+ event! More
information to follow.
• June 25-28 2015 ~ BCYF Garage Sale
BCYF Garage Sale! Rent a space to sell your unwanted
items during the BS/EC Village wide garage sales. No
need to make the extra effort to clean out your garage
and get your space ready for a sale, just rent a spot
with us! $25 for 2 days; $40 for 4 days.

Barbott Memorial Stage located in the mall
