9.05am
On Friday 2nd October we will be holding our
Harvest Festival for CAFOD. We are asking
for donations to support CAFOD’s ‘Brighten
Up’ appeal. Children will be given an
envelope to put donations in. We would ask
for at least a pound from everyone so we can
beat our total of £226.39 from last year. As

Football
On Wednesday 23rd September we had a Football
match against St Gregory’s. The final score was
Good Shepherd 3 – St Gregory’s 2. Well done
everyone.
Man of the match was Brandon P.
Road to Rio
Many thanks to everyone who sent me the forms
for outside activities you and your child take part
in. I am still inputting the information but I am
very proud to inform you that as individual
classes we are in the top 10. There are over
2,000 teams entered from all over the country.
As a whole school we are now top of the 'get set'
hall of fame! That is a fantastic achievement,
please keep it up and if anyone has not already
filled in the forms please do so. Parents,
remember any physical activities you do can be
added to your child's class score and whole
school team too. So far we have converted
minutes to kilometres and have travelled half
way to Rio!
Thank you
Mrs Vince
