INFORMATION
Incorporated in 1998, Putrajaya Perdana Berhad (“PPB”) is an investment holding company that is
recognised as one of Malaysia’s most innovative and reliable construction, property development and
expressway concessionaire groups. Our success in delivering several prominent and large-scale
projects on a turnkey, design and build basis, as well as our pioneering efforts in sustainability in
construction, have done much to enhance our reputation as one of Malaysia’s most inventive and
responsible integrated construction groups.
To date, the Group has undertaken some RM9.5 billion worth of jobs for government-related parties and
the private sector. Our products and services bear testimony to the quality of our work and inherent
capabilities, as well as our expertise in specialty green buildings.
Leveraging on our expertise and strong record of accomplishment, we continue to aggressively pursue
new horizons, seeking out new markets as well as business opportunities that are synergistic to our

Perdana Construction Sdn
Bhd (PPC). With a wealth of
experience and expertise to its
name, “PPC” continues to
successfully
undertake
multiple challenging fasttrackdesign-build-operate
-transfer projects. All these
projects have all been
accomplished in a timely
manner and within budget. In
all its undertakings, “PPC”
has
ensured
excellence
performance in safety, quality
and environmental conservation.
In tandem with “PPC”, our
property
development
business segment, Putra
Perdana Development Sdn
Bhd (PPD), has built and
handed over more than 1,000
units of residential properties
in Putrajaya ranging from
government apartments and
semi-detached houses to
super-link
houses,
townhouses and bungalows.
On the commercial front,
“PPD” was responsible for
the development of the
multiple green building award
winner,
the
Diamond
Building,
and
other
commercial
buildings
in
Putrajaya.
Leveraging on the group’s
strength
in
construction
including
infrastructure
projects, PPB has extended
its mandate and is now
involved in the concessions
business business via Putra
Perdana Expressways Sdn
Bhd (PPE). As an integrated
construction service provider,
the Group brings into play its
core expertise in construction
to take on the role of an
in-house contractor for the
construction of expressways.
Our project portfolio includes
prominent,
large-scale
commercial
and
infrastructural projects on a
turnkey
design-and-build
basis, innovative residential
development projects, plus a
specialisation
in
green
building construction.

exploring opportunities to
grow its business and the
