“We haven’t picked a trainer yet but he will stay in Sydney,” added
Le Metayer.
Glenn Burrows from Willow Park was pleased with his sale having
sold all nine of the yearlings he offered.
“We were lucky enough to have sold all nine of our draft through
the ring which followed on from our 100 per cent clearance at Magic
Millions,” Burrows said.

“One highlight was selling the first yearlings for Sir Owen Glenn
which included our sale topping Pierro half-brother to Criterion for
$750 000.”
Burrows was pleased with the sale of Lot 352 on Tuesday, a colt
by Sepoy (Elusive Quality) who was purchased by Shadwell Stud for
$520,000.
“I was delighted for our other new clients Vern and Marg Trillo
from New Zealand. Their outstanding Sepoy colt made $520 000 and
it was a great result for a wonderful and deserving couple.”
PERRY STRIKES FOR FASTNET FILLY
Trainer Paul Perry went to $580,000 to secure Lot 424, a filly by
Fastnet Rock (Danehill) out of More Than Real (More Than Ready).
The filly is the second foal out of her Grade Two-winning dam who
was also Grade One placed, while her second dam is the multiple
Listed winner Miss Seffens (Dehere).
