Recorded E-learning
Excalibur e-learning is delivered over the internet from the P2 Training Center.
E-learning courses provide the student with an integrated learning approach consisting
of recorded audio-visual demonstrations of the software application and processes, a
PDF download for reference, and for the Excalibur User Interface Navigation modules,
hands-on practice exercises. See the E-learning Courses section in this catalog for

Training Webinars
Training webinars are conducted “live” and teachers welcome questions and discussion
during the training. For a schedule of upcoming webinars please refer to the Calendar

How to Register for a Scheduled Training Webinar
Webinar sessions are self-registering through the p2energysolutions.webex.com website.
To obtain a password or for questions, please email [email protected].
CPE Credits: Please note that in order to receive a CPE certificate you must register for a
webinar; you cannot receive a certificate if you are an additional participant in the room
with someone else who has registered. Additional registrations by a client for the same
webinar on the same date, in order to receive a CPE certificate, are charged only $50 for
the second registration. You must also notify P2 that you need CPEs, at least one week
before the webinar in order for us to have time to put NASBA requirements in place for
webinar polling questions and Attention-Tracking reports.
All Training: Cancellation, Refund and Complaint Resolution Policies
For your convenience, we will bill you for your class at the end of the month following the
class date. In the event that you must cancel your registration, send email to
[email protected] 48 hours or more prior to the class or webinar start time,
to avoid being billed for the webinar. For more information regarding administrative policies

Each class includes a training manual and may be scheduled at the P2 Houston training
facilities, or at client offices. These classes may also be customized to your needs.
Excalibur 1099 Processing
This class teaches you how to set up and process 1099s. It includes a summary of 1099 filing
requirements, an explanation of how this sub-system accumulates 1099 information,
recommendations for efficient methods of reviewing data, and an overview of upcoming
enhancements. You will also practice maintaining 1099 information. Take this class if you are
responsible for processing 1099s.
