• Bridal Suite at the Grand Hotel for the bridal
couple (1 night)
• A complimentary room at the Grand Hotel
and free dinner for two at Primo restaurant
on your first anniversary
• Cake cutting is available for fifty cents
per slice. We also offer cake serving for fifty
cents per slice
Banquet Space and Guest Rooms
We require a non-refundable deposit within two weeks of a confirmed booking. All food
and beverages must be purchased from the Grand Hotel. The only exceptions are mints,
nuts, cake, cookies and bars.

Policies on wedding discount rates:
Your friends and family are our guests, and the Grand Hotel is more than happy to offer
discounted rates on rooms for your wedding reception.
• A special discounted room rate will be
offered to all guests staying with the
wedding party.
• This rate does not include pool-side
rooms or suites.
• 25 rooms will be held for the
wedding attendees.
• The rooms will be held until two weeks
prior to the wedding date. All unused
rooms will be released at that point.
• All rooms are on a 6:00 pm hold. It is
the responsibility of the guest who is
booking the room to guarantee his or her
room with a credit card or a first night’s
deposit for a late arrival. All rooms not
guaranteed will be released at 6:00 pm
on the day of the reservation.
• The location of our guest rooms are based
on availability and the types of rooms
requested; therefore we cannot guarantee
that all guests will be on the same floor.

our reception more than what we expected it
to be. They were accommodating to our ideas,
allowing us to have an unforgettable bridal
party introduction by letting us come in on a
Harley! They also went out of their way to color
the punch to match the colors of our reception.
They also did a great job coordinating the setup and food to fit with our theme. The new
projector and screens they have invested in
are fantastic allowing guests to view the screens
from all angles of the room. All the updates they
have added show they are definitely current with
today’s trends. Not only do they offer the best
prices in town they offer service that’s priceless.

Wedding Dinner Menu
Our dinner entrées are served with your choice of tossed garden greens, mandarin orange salad OR
crisp Caesar salad, rolls and butter. Please refer to the “Accompanying Sides” to choose your starch
and vegetable. All plated dinners include hot coffee. Decaf, tea, iced tea or milk served upon request.
Roast Prime Rib of Beef 19.95
A 10 oz. thick cut of choice prime rib in
natural au jus.

Meal Counts & Guarantees
• Please give a realistic, tentative figure
of attendance when booking a function.
We reserve the right to change originally
scheduled function rooms if the tentative
figure varies 5% or more from the figure
given in the original booking.
• A guaranteed number of guests must
be received two business days prior to
your reception.
• A menu selection should be submitted
to your Wedding Coordinator one month
prior to your reception.
• If a guaranteed count is not given on time,
we must take the highest figure proposed.
• A tentative number and 50% of the
estimated final bill are required one
week prior to your reception.
