News from the Ranch
Aloha and Kumusta,
Moloka‘i Ranch Beef is officially on the market! We’re
proud to introduce our brand of 100% grass-fed
Angus Beef, the newest premium beef on the local
market. There has been overwhelming interest and
support from the community, and we are excited for the
opportunity to work with the best in the food industry.
Clay R. Rumbaoa
Chief Executive Officer
Moloka‘i Ranch
In August, we celebrated this significant
point in Moloka‘i Ranch’s history
with an official launch party held
at the Hotel Moloka‘i to thank
our ranch ohana and friends.
After the launch party, our very own
rancher, Raymond Hiro, appeared on
the Hawaii News Now Sunrise morning
show to cook two tasty recipes with our
Moloka‘i Ranch Beef.
Last month, the ranch hosted an
exclusive tasting event at the awardwinning 12th Ave Grill for top chefs and
leaders of the local food community. In
attendance were chefs and managers of the
most notable restaurants in Hawai‘i, including Chef
Mavro, Michel’s, Morimoto Waikiki, Kai Market, The
Plaza Club, ‘Ama ‘Ama and Highway Inn. We received
nothing but positive reviews of Moloka‘i Ranch Beef,
and we plan to hold more events in the future to give
people the opportunity to taste our quality 100% grassfed Angus. Look for Moloka‘i Ranch
Beef on the menu at local restaurants
this holiday season.
As we aggressively work toward
sustainability, Moloka‘i Ranch is
mindful of our goals and the impact
it will have on our islands. We hold
our heritage and best interest of the
community as our highest priority,
while taking another step forward in
building Moloka‘i’s vibrant future.
