TABLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Turn table top over bottom side up.
1. Layout the adjustable beam part (5) and end pipes part (6) on the bottom side of the top. Loosen the
M10 screws in the beam and pull apart to desired length. Tighten M10 screws to secure desired beam
length. Center beam in the middle of the table. (If using a C leg the beam should be mounted towards
the back of the table to accommodate the feet.)
2. Drill pilot holes and attach the beam to the top with part (2). Place the end pipes at either end of the
beam and secure using part (3).
3. Attach the legs part (7) to the beam/end pipe assembly using Part (1).
4. Place part (9) foot plate in between the leg and the foot. Secure foot part (8) to the leg using part (7)
and tighten. (For C leg the longer end of feet goes towards the front of the table.)
5. Place Control Box Unit part (10) at rear of the center of the tabletop ideally close to the location of
the Remote Control Pad. Ensure the leg and remote cables reach the Control Box Unit. Once desired
location is achieved, remove box, drill pilot holes and attach unit to the underside of the table using
part (3).
6. Align the Remote Control Pad so that the outermost edge of switch is flush with the edge of the table
top and near the Control Box Unit. Drill pilot holes and secure to table top with part (3).
7. Insert leg cables into the motors on either side of the legs. Secure cables with zip ties to avoid hanging
wires underneath the table.
8. Insert leg cables into the terminals of the Control Box Unit labeled LA1 and LA2.
9. Insert Remote Control Pad cable into the terminal of the Control Box Unit marked RC.
10.Connect power cord to the Control Box Unit and turn the table over in the upright position on its legs.
11.Plug the power cord into a 110 volt outlet.
Follow Initialization Instructions for Proper Installation
99 ERGOFLEX table must be zero-set prior to operation.
99 To activate zero setting mode, press and hold both the UP and DOWN buttons at the same time
for 5 seconds. Continue to hold both buttons down until both legs are in the lowest position.
99 Ensure all leg cables are securely inserted into the Control Box Unit.
99 Now the ERGOFLEX table is zero-set and ready for use.
Important! You must complete the initialization at the end of
assembly or your table will not function properly.
