2014 Liquid Sun Rayz® Sponsored Athlete Requirements
Please read all requirements in order to check eligibility for sponsorship by Liquid Sun Rayz® before filling out the Sponsored Athlete application.
Liquid Sun Rayz® will begin accepting and reviewing Sponsored Athlete applications for the 2014 season through Friday,
December 15, 2013.
*Applications that are not completely filled out will not be considered.
*Any tie breakers will be left to popular vote on our Liquid Sun Rayz® Facebook page.
*There will be two (2) tiers of sponsorships awarded: Corporate and Regional.
Corporate Sponsored Athlete(s) will receive:
 two (2) free Liquid Sun Rayz® t-shirts
 provided one (1) of each Liquid Sun Rayz® products for free three (3) times annually
 receive 30% off any additional Liquid Sun Rayz® products throughout the term of sponsorship
 will receive free competition tanning by our Liquid Sun Rayz® Corporate Team or by participating
Liquid Sun Rayz® Affiliates, only when competing
Regional Sponsored Athlete(s) will receive:
 one (1) Liquid Sun Rayz® t-shirt
 provided one (1) of each Liquid Sun Rayz® products
 receive 30% off any additional Liquid Sun Rayz® products throughout the term of sponsorship
 will receive free competition tanning by our Liquid Sun Rayz® Corporate Team or by participating
Liquid Sun Rayz® Affiliates, only when competing
SPONSORED ATHLETE REQUIREMENTS
 Mention Liquid Sun Rayz® during videos and interviews you may have within the competition industry, when
appropriate.
 Wear Liquid Sun Rayz® logo gear during videos, interviews, when appropriate, and when working a competition in
conjunction with Liquid Sun Rayz®.
 Mention Liquid Sun Rayz® on blogs, social media, and message boards – i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Sioux Country, RX
Muscle, BodyBuilding.com, etc.

posts can include Liquid Sun Rayz® customer service, products, website, tanning prep, schedule, etc.
use the Liquid Sun Rayz® Sponsored Athlete web banner (provided by Liquid Sun Rayz®) for all message board
posts they do as well as their email signature
Assist in working at a Liquid Sun Rayz® Corporate Team booth.

For athletes who are also sponsored by other companies and needing to work their booth as well, we expect you
to work a minimum of one (1) hour during the event.
Attend competitions in your sponsored region as a Liquid Sun Rayz® Regional Sponsored Athlete.
◦ *a minimum of two (2) competitions for Regional Sponsored Athlete(s)
◦ Act as an ambassador for the Liquid Sun Rayz® brand to promote products.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
 Applicant must submit at least two (2), HIGH resolution photos for Liquid Sun Rayz® promotional/print material use
by email only. Include one (1) head shot and one (1) full body shot.
 Applicant must use a video no longer than two and a half (2.5) minutes, or short essay no longer than one page,
telling us what makes you an outstanding candidate and why you should be selected as a Liquid Sun Rayz®
Sponsored Athlete.
 Applicant must fill out the Liquid Sun Rayz® Sponsored Athlete Application form in its entirety and email it to:
