Employee Survey: smoother, faster, more secure There’s a plenty to like about this year’s Employee Survey, scheduled Monday, July 21 through Sunday, Aug. 3. This year’s version will be administered by Survey Concepts and brings plenty of advantages: • Access is easy, through an Internet link instead of a pin number • The survey is fast—completes in 10 minutes or less • Several security safeguards are in place to protect respondents’ confidentiality • Your department will receive a treat if you have 75 percent participation Congratulations to Sarah Conway, R.N., charge nurse on Orthopedics, for being honored with the DAISY Award. A patient nominated Sarah for helping him visit his dying brother. Left, Sarah Conway poses with a vase of daisies. Remember Sister Sandra Straub, C.S.J., St. Anthony’s former Director of Mission Integration? She made the headlines this week. Straub is heading to El Paso, Texas to help those crossing the border. “I’m not going down there as a political anything. I’m going down there to be walking with these people who have suffered and walked miles or bused miles. And because I’m a Sister of St. Joseph, which says we are for God and for all God’s people and we’re open to the neighbor,” said Straub. To watch the video, visit: http:// on.ksdk.com/1oqZjZI.
