We see a trend in the utility and telecommunication industries from
gasoline- and diesel- to CNG-vehicles:
Nationwide, ATT has committed to purchase 8,000 CNG vehicles
over the next five years. One of our primary customers, Verizon, has
commitment to deploy CNG vehicles in New England, New York,
and New Jersey. In 2010, North American Equipment converted 148
E250’s from gasoline to CNG for Verizon.

This SULEV vehicle utilizes the BAF CalComp SystemTM to exceed the most stringent emissions standards of CARB and EPA. BAF CalComp System™ BAF has developed a proprietary CNG system fully integrated into the OEM powertrain control system. No additional control module is required. The entire gasoline system is removed and replaced with CNG storage tank(s), high pressure plumbing, a CNG regulator, and new CNG injectors. Control of all CNG components, including the original dash­mounted fuel gauge, is done using the OEM vehicle computer which BAF reprograms to optimize CNG performance. System Features Include: • Closed­loop fuel control • Sequential fuel injection (SFI) • Optimized ignition timing • Maintains original fault codes (DTCs) • Diagnostics accessed through DLC using original scan tool or any generic OBD­II scanner
