The Swansmen are a major coterie group which contributes to our club in
many ways, with no better example than this major fundraising event.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of the Swan Districts Football
Club, we hope you have a highly enjoyable evening and that you can assist
the club by taking home some of the fantastic items we have available.

The auctioneer will be in charge of the bidding and any disputes will be decided by them.
All items are at the risk and expense of the purchaser on the fall of the hammer.
Where practical, all items will be on display prior to the auction and are deemed to have been inspected by the purchaser.
Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be redeemed within six months from 8 June 2013 or by personal arrangement with the donor. Expiry dates in this catalogue should not be relied upon.
All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refunds on any item purchased.

The Silent Auction opens at 6pm and closes at 9:15pm
Bid Sheets are placed in front of each Auction item
Starting bids to be at least 30% of the indicated price or the figure indicated on the Bid Sheet.
Each increasing bid must be at least the amount stated on the Bid Sheet or multiples thereof.
Bidders must record their name, bidding number and amount of their bid on the Bid Sheet.
You may bid as many times as you wish.
Bidders must write their bid legibly - printing in BLOCK letters.
In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer has the final authority.
Items are at the risk and expense of the purchaser once successful bids are announced.
The Swan Districts Football Club gives no warranty on any item offered, nor are any items refundable or convertible for cash.
