Each week a different application or concept will be explored. Studies have shown animal therapies to be beneficial for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Participants can visit and play with the animals while socializing with their fellow participants. All animals brought to the program will be available for adoption. Suicide Prevention Training Thursday, January 21 / 6:00 PM This course will teach the QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer) method for suicide prevention and prepare you to recognize a potential suicide crisis and know how and where to find help.
