probably already got all the tools you need: Combination and allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, ratchet
wrench with set of sockets, grease gun, adjustable wrench.
As we are the distributor, we carry a lot of Norwood equipment in stock for immediate availability. If what you
want we do not have in stock, we can easily order it in for you; there is an approximate 6-8 week turn around
time and a deposit must be paid.
If you can use these tools, you’ve got all that’s needed to assemble a Norwood. To help you put it together, we
give you a fully illustrated manual that leads you, step-by-step, through the whole process. It’s packed with

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Shipment in Australia:
Your Norwood order can be delivered to your residence or business. You must have access to machinery that can receive the shipment off the
truck, i.e. a forklift or tractor. Alternatively, have it delivered to your nearest depot.
When having your item delivered to your home or business, Norwood band sawmills and oversize orders ship by common-carrier freight truck
so it’s important that your delivery address is easily accessible to a tractor-trailer. We are also happy to ship to your closest depot to keep
shipping costs down.
You or your designated agent must be present to accept the order and off-load it. If no one is at the delivery address to accept the order, re-delivery and storage charges may apply. Upon placing your order, please ensure all your contact details are complete and correct so that, if the
carrier needs to contact you, they are able to do so swiftly.
Pick-Up within Australia
If you would like to pick-up your sawmill or forestry equipment order direct from Norwood’s distributor factory in Sydney, please call us tollfree at 1300-406-984 three(3) business days in advance so that we can have your order ready. You will need a pick-up truck, full-size van or
enclosed trailer to pick up your sawmill or oversized order.
Shipment outside Australia
