How To Use TViXiE
TViXiE is a GUI builder for TViX media players.
TViXiE automatically downloads movie/music information and covers and builds a graphical browsing
experience for the TViX media player.
1. How to Install TViXiE
1) Download the latest TViXiE for Window from
TViXiE homepage at
http://www.tvixie.com/downloads.php
2) Run the TViXiE Setup Wizard. Press ‘Next’.
3) If .NET Framework didn’t install in your PC, you have
to install the latwst .NET Framework.
4) If you accept the term below, click ‘I Agree’.
then ‘Next’.
Otherwise click ‘Cancel’
5) Select installation folder. To install in this
folder, Click Next’
6) Click ‘Next’ to start the installation.
7) TViXiE is being installed.
8) Click ‘Close’ to exit.
2. How to use TViXIE
1) Start TViXiE by double‐click on icon(
) on Desktop.
2) Go to Tools>Options.
3) Select your model under General Tab. Please select TViX M-6600N.
4) Use File‐> Open to select your TViX video folder. It will look something like the below image.
5) You can check the “Folder View” checkbox to get the following view.
6) To get movie information you simply select the folders you want to gather movie information from and
right‐click your mouse and choose “Get Movie Information…” from the menu list.
7) To select multiple folders, simply drag, right‐click your mouse and choose “Get Movie Information…” from
the menu list.
8) Select a template from the template list. Then you need to select the different movie info providers you
want to get information from. You need to select in the Cover list, Movie Info list and the Rating list. Then
press the Get button and TViXiE will go out to the selected providers to gather movie information.
Note that the movie info gathering process will be quicker the fewer providers you select, so please keep
them to a minimum.
9) If TViXiE finds your movie you will be presented with a dialog from where you need to choose the cover
you want to have, from which provider you want to have your info from and finally select from which provider
you want to have your rating. Then press OK and TViXiE will generate a cover picture and a background
picture with the information you have selected.
10) After the gathering process you will get a summary of the collection process, press Done if are satisfied.

3. How to use Cover Art
1) Please change the File list type to Cover Art on the SETUP-SYSTEM.
2) If a name of folder, which on the root folder, is starts with one of below words (case insensitive), it will
shows Video cover art mode instead a normal icon mode.
Folder name : "MOVIE", "movie", "Movie", "VIDEO", "video", "Video"
3) To play a video, press PLAY button.
If file name is Preview_~~, PREVIEW menu iwill be activated.( File name : Preview_aaa.mkv)
4) Press ‘GOTO’ button on the remote controller, you can change the Device.
Press ‘STOP’ button on the remote controller, you can go to up folder.
** Audio Album Art : It will show 186*186 Album art for all the folders under "MUSIC", "music", "Music",
"AUDIO", "audio", "Audio".
** Photo Thumbnail mode : It will show jpeg files as 186*186 thumbnails for all the folders under "PHOTO",
"photo", "Photo", "PHoto", "PHOto", "PHOTo".
** If you want add icon image and background image manually, please insert folder.jpg and tvix.jpf file in the
folder.
tvix.jpg : 1280*720 resoultion.
Video icon (folder.jpg) : 138*186 resoiution.
Music icon (folder.jpg) : 186*186 resoiution.
Photo icon (folder.jpg) : 186*186 resoiution.
