Working together we can See Your Potential… Set Your Goals… Reach Your Goals! • C are for geriatric, adult, adolescents and pediatric patients • E vidence-based therapy approach to address individual goals • P rograms to improve balance and coordination and to address general weakness • P ostural awareness and core stability • F eaturing low level laser, electrical stim, soft tissue and manual therapy techniques, “game ready” cold compression therapy. • C ervical and lumbar mechanical traction Specialized Care Physical Therapy treatment plans address orthopedic conditions such as joint replacement, fractures, osteoarthritis, low back pain, TMJ and chronic repetitive injuries. Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy treatment plans address neurological conditions for adults and pediatric patients including stroke, traumatic brain injuries, radiculopathy, cerebral palsy, developmental disorders, torticollis and carpal tunnel symptoms. Occupational Therapy treatment plans address conditions such as hand, elbow and shoulder dysfunction and/or disabilities including stroke, acute trauma, fractures, amputations, inflammation or dislocations and other chronic repetitive injuries, coordination problems and weakness. Pediatric specialties include cerebral palsy and learning disabilities.
