HOW WE WORK
• We work on an hourly basis. After consultation
with you, we create an estimate of how long we
believe the job may take. A contract is then drawn
and signed. If necessary, we revisit the schedule
as needed.
• You pay about the same as you pay first-year
paralegals.
• If possible, we like to have a cubicle and
computer on site to facilitate coordination
and meetings with attorneys in a timely way.
This also helps us absorb the culture and
climate of your firm.
• All copy is subject to your approval.

IS YOUR WEBSITE WORKING FOR YOU?
• DOES IT HIGHLIGHT THE DEPTH
AND STRENGTH OF YOUR ‘BENCH’?
• DOES IT REFLECT YOUR FIRM’S
MOST CURRENT MARKETING GOALS?
• DOES IT DELINEATE YOUR FIRM’S EXPERTISE
FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?
• All work product is owned by you.
MARKETING DEPARTMENTS ARE BUSY PLACES,
WITH A LONG AND URGENT ‘TO-DO’ LIST.
UPDATING YOUR WEBSITE OFTEN
FALLS TO THE BOTTOM OF THAT LIST—POSTPONED
TO ADDRESS BREAKING BUSINESS
OPPORTUNITIES OR NEWS. IT’S UNDERSTANDABLE.
NOW, WITH NO ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT IN
INFRASTRUCTURE, NO RECRUITING OR BENEFITS
EXPENSES, A SOLUTION IS AT HAND.
“SUE IS A FOCUSED, DETAILED EXPERT WHO IS
DEDICATED TO HER PROFESSIONAL WRITING SKILLS.
SUE EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS AND DEADLINES
PRESENTED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.”

EXPERIENCE
We work with your Marketing/PR Department
and with the chairs of your practice areas. Our
goal: To update your web so that it reflects the
most powerful assets within your firm and within
each practice area.
FOR MINTZ LEVIN
We prepare copy that reflects your firm’s ‘voice’
but nothing is final until you say so. Years of
experience in speechwriting, editorial and marketing have given us a keen ear for voices. We create
copy that reflects the tone and tenor that you
want to represent your firm.
The process is collaborative, but we take the pain
out of it. Working closely and efficiently with
your principals, we create new copy, see it through
the editing/approval process, and hand it over to
Marketing and IT to launch on your website.
We’ll do as much or as little as you need. You’re
in the driver’s seat; we just do the legwork.
Mintz Levin’s VP of Marketing recruited us
when he realized that his team was up to their
eyeballs. After appropriate introductions were
made, we met with the 30+ practice area chairs.
The goal: To craft fresh, compelling web copy that
met their needs and focus. Each chair got to sign
off on copy. They were so pleased with the work
that they enlisted us further to help write brochures
that supported business development activities
around their most dynamically emerging and
evolving practice areas. (Samples available at

FOR RUBIN AND RUDMAN, PC
Rubin and Rudman’s Trust, Estates and Probate
Department had recently recruited a stable of
attorneys whose expertise broadened and deepened
their team. They wisely wanted to ensure that the
firm’s website reflected these additional skills and
talents. To appropriately reach clients and affiliates
(social workers, housing advocates, etc.) electronically, we created an e-newsletter that focused on
tax and legislative updates, estate planning
recommendations, and brief features ‘written by’
their attorneys. The newsletter keeps the firm
uppermost in clients’ minds and has generated
increased referrals to new clients from existing
ones and from affiliates.
“SUE IS DEDICATED, PASSIONATE AND COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE BEST COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES AND
WRITING FOR WHATEVER PROJECT SHE TAKES ON. A QUICK LEARNER, SHE IS ABLE TO GRASP THE SUBJECT AT HAND,
DIGEST IT AND PRESENT TECHNICAL AND COMPLEX INFORMATION IN A SUCCINCT AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND WAY.”
