This document describes the version 7.1.1 of CTM.
None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing
functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done postrelease, if desired.
1.1
Integration with New Doffin
Since 2nd January the national publication portal in Norway, Doffin, has a new integration point and
new forms.
The layout when filling out the forms have been changed, instead of one long paper-like form it is
now based on a checklist for the sections, clicking each section to the left will allow you to fill and
save each section separately.

Archive tender for offline access
When a tender is closed and completed, you now have the possibility to archive the tender and
download the tender and supplier responses as a zip-package. After archiving a tender it is not
available in online view, only as a downloadable zip-file.
The archiving can be done on a closed tender and is available as the last step of the tender checklist.
When clicking the Archive, you will get confirmation box and note that archiving of a tender cannot
be undone, not even by EU-Supply support.

Archiving is a scheduled job that will run every night, thus the archived tender is not ready to
download until all information have been gathered and packaged.
The archived tenders are visible from a new tab of the tender list, you also get an overview of the
archiving status.
The tender archiving is available as a system module, please contact Eu-Supply or one of our partners
for commercial information.
1.3
Integration with archiving system eArkiv
CTM is integrated with an archiving system called eArkiv (delivered by IdaInfront), the integration is
made for a specific client and is using tender archiving functionality together with custom developed
procedures to be compliant with the specific client requirements and installation of the archiving
system.
1.4
Amendments in contract list
To get a better overview of the contract amendments, there are two indicators added in the contract
list (i) Indicator in contract list and (ii) Amendment information included in Excel export.
The indicator in the contract list is an icon ( ) if the contract has at least one amendment.
Exporting the contract list to Excel will give you the list of amendments. The amendments are visible
in light blue below each contract.

Corrections for Internet Explorer 11
Microsoft released a new version of Internet Explorer and some functionality in CTM is not fully
compliant with the new Internet Explorer, mostly due to that when the new IE11 “presents” itself to
the web site, it has another signature than all the previous versions of Internet Explorer.

Analysis ActiveX link visible from Tender checklist
Duplicate upload types in same screen corrected
New udbud.dk schema version
Integration with udbud.dk have been updated (were updated 6th January) to support the new version
(1.3.5) of the udbud.dk schemas. The changes are only in the background and the end users will not
notice any difference when filling in the udbud.dk publication form.

1.7.1 Increased pop-up window sizes
Some of the pop-up window has been too small and all texts and information were not displayed

1.7.2 Supplier response opens in new tab
When viewing a single supplier response , it is opened in a new tab instead of in the same window.
1.7.3 End time of auction can be updated during auction
There has been a restriction that the end time of an auction cannot be manually changed during an

ongoing auction, that restriction has now been removed and the authority is allowed to change the
end time for an ongoing auction.
The changes to the end time are logged in the audit trail
1.7.4 Increased text length for message subjects
A message sent within CTM can now have a subject that is 255 characters, instead of the previous
100.
1.7.5 Annual production supplier profile
In the supplier profile there is a field for annual production, that field has now been increased to be
able to include 13 characters (only digits).
1.8
System administrator
1.8.1 Close projects/workspaces as sys-admin
The system administrators and operators have been given the possibility to close a whole
project/workspace and all ongoing tenders within the project.
1.8.2 View user system modules
Previously the users had their own view of all system modules available in CTM and those that were
installed for each user. This view is now removed, changes or information regarding installed
modules please contact your CTM sales office or CTM partner.
