Facial and body enhancement
ARM LIFT (BRACHIOPLASTY)
Age, weight loss and other factors can cause the skin of the
upper arm to lose elasticity and tone. Brachioplasty removes
excess tissue to firm and shape the upper arm for a pleasing,
youthful appearance.
BROAD BAND LIGHT THERAPY (BBL)
BBL uses intense flashes of visible light to treat such
conditions as:
• brown spots from sun damage or age
• active acne
• skin wrinkles
• excessive hair
• facial blood vessels (red spots)
• rosacea
This procedure is minimally invasive and requires no anesthesia
and virtually no recovery time.
BOTOX® AND XEOMIN
Facial application
Lines and creases can make you look older than you feel.
BOTOX® Cosmetic and Xeomin injections rejuvenate by
softening and smoothing these blemishes for a fresh, youthful
appearance. Treatment resolves such problems as:
• crow’s feet
at the outside corners of the eyes
• horizontal forehead furrows • vertical lines between the

We achieve impressive results by combining smallneedle
injections of BOTOX® and Xeomin with wrinkle
fillers
(JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel, Voluma, Belotero, Radiesse®),
laser skin resurfacing or other renewing treatments.
Reducing excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
We use BOTOX® to control severe underarm sweating that can’t
be managed with deodorants or other products applied to the
skin. BOTOX® temporarily blocks nerve signals that stimulate
sweat glands, eliminating the problem. This is a safe, FDAapproved use of BOTOX®.
BREAST AUGMENTATION
Many women prefer larger breasts. Breast augmentation with
implants provides natural-looking enlargement for an
enhanced, confident appearance. The implants we use are
made of silicone or saline (salt water) encased in a soft silicone
shell. Both types are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA).
BREAST LIFT (MASTOPEXY)
Breasts can sag for a number of reasons, including:

• age With mastopexy, we raise and reshape sagging breasts,
enhancing your appearance and self-image. We can also
reduce the size of the dark area around your nipples (areolas),
which may become enlarged or stretched after pregnancy or
nursing a baby.

BREAST REDUCTION
Very large, heavy breasts can be undesirable for a number of
reasons. A woman may want her breast size reduced to:
• balance her overall figure and proportions
• reduce or eliminate associated health problems, such as neck
and back pain, difficulty breathing, skin irritations
• give her greater freedom of activity
• increase her self-confidence
• become less self-conscious
• simply bring her appearance in line with her self-image
Breast reduction reduces and reshapes your breasts, achieving
the natural, pleasing form and appearance you desire.
CHEST REDUCTION (GYNECOMASTIA REDUCTION)
Some degree of enlarged breasts (gynecomastia) affects one
or both sides of the chest for 40-60 percent of men. This
condition gives a man’s chest an undesirable, woman-like
appearance. It may be related to hormonal problems, obesity
or certain drugs or medications, but often it has no known
cause. Chest reduction surgery creates a flatter, more
masculine contour.
CHIN AUGMENTATION OR REDUCTION (GENIOPLASTY)
Too much or too little underlying bone structure can make your
chin out of proportion with the rest of your face. Genioplasty
enhances or reduces the projection of your chin to improve
your facial proportions. People often refer to genioplasty as
chin surgery, chin augmentation, or mentoplasty.
EAR SURGERY (OTOPLASTY)
We can resize and reshape prominent or out-of-proportion
ears through otoplasty. With this procedure, we can also
correct various other deformities, such as stretched earlobes or
damage caused by injury. We often perform otoplasty on
children age 4-14. After age 5, the ears are fully grown and can
be reshaped permanently. Adults who needed but didn’t have
this correction in childhood may also choose to have otoplasty

EYELID SURGERY (BLEPHAROPLASTY)
Fat deposits and excess, wrinkled skin in upper and lower
eyelids can give a false impression of age or poor health. By
removing these blemishes, we can restore a youthful, healthy
appearance. In some cases, blepharoplasty can improve
obstructed vision as well.
FACELIFT
Time, sun and genetics combine to age the skin of your face
and neck. Any of the following conditions can be cause for this
procedure:
• loss of skin elasticity and muscle tone • wrinkles • deep creases between the bottom of your nose and the
corner of your mouth • a tired look
• diminished jaw line • sagging chin and neck A facelift improves the most visible signs of aging. Men and
women in good health and with some elasticity in facial and
neck skin have the best results.
FAT INJECTIONS We can sculpt and restore youthful beauty to your face and
body with this innovative, minimally invasive procedure. In
combination with a facelift, eyelid surgery or other operation,
the effect can transform your appearance. We harvest fat cells
from your abdomen or hips with gentle suction and purify
them in the operating room. Dr. Cash then injects precise
amounts of these purified cells to soften creases and restore
youthful form to your face, breasts and buttocks.
FOREHEAD (BROW LIFT)
Aging and heredity can cause deep wrinkles in your forehead
or above your nose. A low, heavy brow and sagging skin in
your upper eyelids can be undesirable as well. The brow lift
improves these problems, removing any excess tissue and
smoothing to restore a youthful, pleasing appearance.

HAND REJUVENATION Age spots, unsightly veins and loss of tissue beneath the skin
combine to make your hands look old. A variety of rejuvenating
treatments can reduce these conditions and turn back the
clock. Laser treatments reduce spots and discolorations. Fillers,
such as fat harvested from the abdomen, restore volume to
your hands and reduce lines and wrinkles. The result is a
smoother, more youthful appearance.
LABIAPLASTY
In some women, the labia minora, tissues surrounding the
vaginal opening, are large and may cause pain and difficulty
during intercourse or discomfort during sports and everyday
activities. Sometimes a woman may also feel unattractive or
self-conscious about her genital appearance. Labiaplasty
reshapes or reduces the size of the labia minora, giving the
desired appearance and eliminating other problems caused by
excess tissue.
LASER HAIR REDUCTION
Unwanted hair can be unsightly and require excessive shaving
or other maintenance. Laser treatment focuses highly
concentrated light on the follicles (roots) of hairs for a fraction
of a second, permanently removing this hair or significantly
impeding its growth.
Our state-of-the-art technology directs the laser precisely,
while protecting and cooling the upper layer of the skin.
This technology treats unwanted hair safely and effectively on
skin of all colors and types. It removes brown and black hair
permanently. The laser doesn’t effectively remove blond or
gray hair.
LASER RESURFACING (LASER PEEL)
We can treat lines, scars and uneven pigment effectively with
controlled use of highly focused laser light, making your skin
smoother and more evenly colored. Conditions that respond
well to laser treatment include:
• fine lines, especially around the mouth • facial scars caused by injuries

• acne scars
• uneven pigmentation, such as age spots • lines on the cheeks caused by sun damage People with fair, healthy, non-oily skin have the best results.
LIP AUGMENTATION Age or genetics may have made your lips thinner than you
prefer, or you may have fine lines around them. We can
restore and reshape your lips in a single office visit, with results
that include:
• a plump, sensuous look • restored fullness
• smoothing of fine lines
We use modern fillers like JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel to
augment and shape lips. For longer-lasting results, we inject
your own body fat to sculpt your lips for the look you desire.
LIPOSUCTION
Removing fat with gentle suction is an extremely effective way
to shape parts of your body to achieve the form you want. Dr.
Cash is highly skilled at sculpting and refining many areas of
the body, including:
• under the chin • upper arms and armpits • the abdomen and waistline • hips and thighs • enlarged male breasts
Liposuction is not a weight loss method. We recommend you
be at or near your ideal weight before having your body
shaped with this technique.

NECK LIFT (SUBMENTAL LIPECTOMY AND
PLATYSMAPLASTY)
Aging causes muscles and skin of the neck to lose their tone
and elasticity. A neck lift rejuvenates your neck by tightening
muscles and removing extra skin. Neck reshaping often goes
with a facelift, but when done by itself or with liposuction of
the neck, the result is a youthful, pleasing contour.
RHINOPLASTY AND SEPTOPLASTY
The nose is such a prominent feature that its shape can be an
important concern for many people. You may choose
rhinoplasty as a cosmetic procedure, creating a more
harmonious facial appearance. Or you may need reconstruction
to correct a damaged or improperly shaped nose. Changes we
achieve include:
• aesthetic changes in the size and shape of your nose
• a narrower space between your nostrils
• alteration to the angle between your nose and upper lip
• correction of a birth defect, such as a deviated septum (the
dividing wall between the air passages on the right and left
side of the inside of the nose)
• relief of breathing difficulties
• correction of a nose deformity caused by injury or cancer
• reconstruction of a nose damaged by skin cancer
SEPTOPLASTY
This procedure can restore function of the nasal airway,
improving breathing and straightening the nose.
SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR SKIN CANCER
Dr. Cash specializes in removal of all types of skin cancer and
reconstruction of damage caused by skin cancer. He
coordinates with cancer specialists and other surgical
specialists to provide comprehensive care for people with
skin cancer.

vibrant appearance. We’ll help you choose the perfect

SPIDER VEIN TREATMENT (SCLEROTHERAPY)
Spider veins can make you feel too self-conscious to wear
anything but long pants. Sclerotherapy frees you to show your
legs by making spider veins invisible. Using very small needles,
we inject a special solution into affected veins. The solution
causes the vein walls to collapse and stick together.
The treated area becomes briefly inflamed, and when
inflammation passes, the veins are no longer visible.
Dr. Cash uses a local anesthetic for sclerotherapy. Rarely is
sedation needed. Sometimes we use a laser to eliminate very
small veins. In these cases, sclerotherapy isn’t necessary.
If you have extensive spider veins, you may need to come in
more than once.
THIGH/BUTTOCK LIFT
Sometimes exercise just can’t make the difference you want to
see in your body. This difficulty in thighs and buttocks isn’t
unusual. Losing a lot of weight can also leave these areas
without the shape and tone you prefer. A lift procedure can
reshape this important part of your body and give your thighs
and buttocks smooth, attractive contours.

TUMMY TUCK (ABDOMINOPLASTY)
Pregnancy, significant weight loss and other conditions can
stretch abdominal muscles. When this happens, exercise and
weight loss may not give you the flat abdomen you’re looking
for. Abdominoplasty can flatten the outward curve of your
abdomen. As with other cosmetic procedures, abdominoplasty
isn’t for weight loss. You should be at or near your ideal weight
for sculpting of your abdomen to be most effective.
WRINKLE FILLERS
With age, facial skin develops undesirable wrinkles and creases
in various areas, forming:
• crow’s feet around the eyes • deep furrows across the forehead • fine lines around the lips
• nasolabial folds and “marionette lines” around the mouth We use a variety of modern wrinkle fillers that make it quick
and easy to smooth these unwanted blemishes and enhance
your facial features. Fillers we use include:
• Juvederm XC
• Voluma XC
• Radiesse
• Belotero
Fillers can also enhance your cheek bones and lips temporarily
and fill in certain scars. To produce the most precise, naturallooking results, Dr. Cash performs these treatments himself.

Reconstruction
BARIATRIC RECONSTRUCTION
Major weight loss is a great achievement. However, many find
the unwanted skin that remains mars their appearance and
diminishes their satisfaction. Dr. Cash addresses this problem
with great skill, removing excess tissue and shaping skin to
reveal your slim new body contours.
BREAST RECONSTRUCTION
Cancer, injury or a congenital condition can result in loss of a
breast. In breast reconstruction we build a natural-looking
breast that pairs with your other breast for a pleasing,
symmetrical appearance. Insurance usually covers breast
reconstruction. Check with your insurance provider for details.
NIPPLE AND AREOLA RECONSTRUCTION
Many women who’ve lost a breast to cancer or another
condition or injury usually want breast reconstruction to
include replacement of the nipple and areola. We rebuild the
nipple-areola complex as part of the final step in breast
reconstruction. The result is a complete, natural-looking breast.
Most insurance providers cover nipple reconstruction.

MIGRAINE SURGERY Chronic migraines can be painful and difficult to treat. Research
indicates that muscles, blood vessels or other structures can
trigger nerve irritation in specific sites. This irritation causes a
cascade of events leading to inflammation of tissue surrounding
the brain. The result is a migraine headache. We offer an
innovative surgery that can alleviate or eliminate your pain.
Migraine surgery is very effective, with nearly 90 percent of
people who have it responding positively. Typically these people
have anywhere from a 50-percent improvement to complete
elimination of migraine symptoms.
