Parkers Prairie Public Schools - School
ISD #547 invites bids for the Toilet / Concession Renovation at Parkers Prairie
High School in accordance with bidding
documents prepared by Wendel. Bids will
be received for a single lump-sum prime
contract.
BID DATE/PLACE OF OPENING
Bids will be received on or before Thursday March 10, 2016 @ 3:30 pm. and
will be publicly opened at that time. Bids
will be received at Parkers Prairie High
School 411 South Otter Avenue, Parkers
Prairie, MN 56361.
SITE INSPECTION
Bidders who wish to make inspections
of the site must make arrangements with
John Schauland, Buildings and Grounds,
#320-808-9149 or 218-338-6011. When
arriving at the school, bidders must
check in at the school office, and inform
the school that they are on site. Bidders
shall carefully examine the sites of the
work, and shall become fully informed of
all conditions and limitations affecting the
extent of the Work.

BID SECURITY
Each bid in excess of $25,000.00 shall
be accompanied by a bid security of 5%
of the maximum amount of the bid in the
form of a Surety Bond, certified check,
cashier’s check. For all contracts in excess of $25,000.00, the successful prime
contract bidder shall furnish Performance
and Payment Bonds in the full amount of
the contract.
CONSIDERATION OF BIDS
The Owner reserves the right to reject any
and all bids, accept any bid, waive infor-
malities in bids submitted, and waive minor discrepancies in bidding procedures,
as it deems to be in its best interest. Each
bidder agrees to waive any claim it has
or may have against the Owner, the Architect and respective consultants and
employees, arising out of or in connection
with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any bid. Bids may not be
withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days immediately following the date
of receipt of bids.
