Responsibilities in the project will be as
Team Leader: Responsible for the contract
between the consultants and Client as well
as the direction of the team, preparation of
materials and completion of the draft in a
tidy and thorough manner. Lead the
investigations and the planning with
affected people. Coordinated with the
consultants and contractor. Conducting all
the site surveys, responsible for the
evaluation of the Existing building,
developing the brief and design. Further
he will be responsible for

Brief formulation to satisfy
clients needs and in charge for
all the reports. Inception reports,
interim progress report, draft
report and final report. Minutes
and client appraisals.
Preparation of design proposals
at sketch, scheme and detailed
design levels; and supervision of
construction works on the
various sites.
As project architect,
responsibilities have also
included close and constant
supervision of members of
design teams i.e. architects, and
technicians.
Co-ordination of other
consultants i.e. electrical,
mechanical and civil engineers;
and quantity surveyors with
sound knowledge of every
consultant's role in every project
