in regional appellations.
Wine making
The Louis Jadot Chorey les Beaune comes from different contracts. Then it is
aged in oak barrels in our cellars for an average of 10-12 months before bottling.
Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy
Chorey les Beaune is a supple wine, with round tannins. It has a colour of good
intensity, developing cherry and raspberries aromas. It is a quite elegant and
powerful wine.
This wine will enhance roasted meat or meat in sauce and most cheeses (not too
strong).
Preservation
Pleasant when young, this wine will age several years in good cellaring
conditions (temperature and humidity), not more than 8 years except in great
vintages.
