Are you having a tough time
recruiting bilingual or retaining
qualified workers?
When it comes to building a strong workforce, it’s not just about hiring … it’s about Retention!
Placing your Recruitment Ad Online?
92.5 MAXIMA-FM reaches approximately 230,000 Adults weekly. How many Adults are seeing your ad online?
Placing your Recruitment Ad in Newspaper?
Newspaper classifieds have been around for over 50 years. How many things do we do the same way we did 50 years ago?
Not many. The advanced technology of recruitment is here today! It’s called radio!
Consider 92.5 MAXIMA-FM
92.5 MAXIMA-FM certainly reaches the bilingual workers you are looking for. We are the first and strongest Latin FM radio
station in Tampa Bay. Were you aware that 1 in every 4 in Tampa Bay is Hispanic? Additionally, radio recruiting may help
companies with their compliance with American’s with Disability Act of 1990; EOE, age discrimination. “It is unlawful for a
covered entity to discriminate on the basis of disability against a qualified individual in regard to Recruitment, advertising
and job application procedures”. Restrictions: Starting in July 1994, any company with a minimum of 15 employees must
comply with this act. Fines: $50k for a small business and up to $300k for a large company. Are you completely complying
with the law with Online and Newspaper? Radio has that extra compliance element you are missing and we will provide an
affidavit of the script/dates/times your ad aired which will stand in Court.

DJ ÑEKO

for La Kalle 105.9 owned by Univision Radio.
After three years of success in the Big Apple,
he returns to his original home Tampa Bay

Show.
Ñeko is one of the best when it comes to
bringing the party at nightclubs. You can see
him at Whiskey North on Fridays and
Saturday nights Green Gators.

He moved to the states in 1986 where he worked in many
different positions in Media/Broadcasting companies. Nandy

endorsing their brands, products and services. Among the

Born and raised in Mexico, Cristy recognized her love for radio at a Young age. She began her Radio career as she
attended college in El Paso TX, as a member of NPR. Cristy also was a Radio personality at one of the most important radio
stations in Ciudad Juarez, MX where she also produced Voice-overs for advertising agencies.
Her experience allowed her to take part in a new project which included the launching of a new station from one of the
largest and most influential Corporations in the Latin American radio industry. Cristy enjoyed much success as a Radio
Personality while broadcasting on a signal that reached Texas, New Mexico and even covered parts of Mexico.
We couldn’t be more excited to have such a polished, charismatic and experienced professional as part of our Morning
Show. Any client would be greatly served by having her represent them with endorsements.
Valerie was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. She began her career in
Radio with La X 100.7 FM in Puerto Rico as a host and
production assistant. She later became a full-time radio host and
moved to New York to do middays for Univision’s La Kalle 105.9 FM.
In addition to her radio career, Valerie has done freelance acting
for Telemundo and WapaTV in Puerto Rico partaking in various
comedy shows and has also been a guest judge on Univision’s Sabado
Gigante.
As a singer, she blasted into the music scene in 2003 with her hit
single “Te Excitare”. Her success in the music industry opened up
many doors including a big one in New York City in 2005 when she
hosted mid-days for Univision Radio. Her passion for music and radio
gravitated some years later to Florida where she worked for WTLQ in
Fort Myers and most recently in Orlando as the morning show co-host
on WHKQ.
Singing has been a big part of Valerie’s life, after being featured
in reggaeton songs with artists such as Wisin y Yandel and Daddy
Yankee, she signed a record deal with DJ Nelson's Flow Music
Label. In 2007 she released her first solo album titled Valerie Mi Flow,
which includes hits like "Te Exitare" and "Ven y Baila". In 2009 she
was offered the opportunity to record the title song "Doble Vida" for
the popular Telemundo telenovela, “El Rostro de Analia”.
Valerie is our Diva … she loves shopping for shoes, clothing, jewelry,
cosmetics and loves the “bling bling”.
Nio began his career in radio in 1996 working at Radio Mundo 680AM in Tampa. After only
one year, he was offered a position at Mega 760AM where along with being an on-air host,
was named the official voice in Spanish of Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This honor catapulted
Nio into the national spotlight of Spanish sports and eventually lead to the public recognition
for excellence in broadcasting by Mayor Dick Greco and the City of Tampa.
In 2005, Nio was given an opportunity to return to his hometown Miami as the afternoon
drive host on Mega 94.9 FM.
After only 2 months in South Florida, he took Mega to #1, provoking an invitation to Los
Angeles where he hosted afternoons on the world’s most successful Latin Rhythmic station
“Latino 96.3 FM”. For almost three years, Nio consistently competed among the top three
stations in the biggest Radio Market in the United States.
In 2007 Nio Encendio received one of the greatest honors of his career when he was
privileged with the “Passion of the Art” award by the National Institute of Latin American
Journalism.
When 2008 rolled around, Nio once again answered the call to return to his hometown
Miami. This time as the morning show host on one of South Florida’s most illustrious
stations, “El Zol 95.7”.
Having enjoyed the “big city life” already, in 2009 Nio Encendio returned to the city that gave
him his radio career, Tampa.
“Hancel The Hitman” got his radio legs and skill-set working mainly in
Philadelphia for “La Mega” and later “El Zol Philly” but also did some TV work for
Univision 65. Hancel’s skills also reach into the production studio where he
masterfully can maneuver through Pro Tools, Adobe Audition and more.
His knowledge in computer software expands into Photoshop and he has a
sweet-spot for social media tactics and strategies.
The Hitman was most recently part of “Los Anormales” morning show at WRUM
in Orlando for iHeartMedia but he is now proud to call himself a Beasley man!
Enrique Alamo was born in New York and raised in Fajardo, Puerto Rico where he started his journey in Broadcasting.
At the present time with his 30-years experience in broadcasting between Puerto Rico, Central Florida and the Tampa
Bay area he shows lots of talent and professionalism with his extended knowledge in the music world as well in the
advertising market.
He came to Central Florida in 1988 where he worked in 11Q Orlando for 10 years. In 1998 he had an opportunity to start
in Tampa bay with Mega Communications where he worked for 7 years. At the present time he hosts the show Mon-Fri

$125 – 8,333 impressions
GEO-FENCING – 100,000 impressions - $1500
Did You Know???
• 60% of media consumption today occurs on mobile devices
• Mobile device users now spend more than 89% of their time in apps.**
• 82% of mobile media time is via apps.**
What Is It?
Hyper Narrow Targeting: geo-fences can be as small as 100-meters.
Performance: CTR’s are often 4-8x higher than traditional display ads.
Reporting: Track impressions & clicks from each geo-fence and landing page activity.
Custom landing page: Increase the chances of conversion by giving consumers clear
Calls-to-Action.
Once a consumer enters a geo-fenced area, we can serve your banner ads to them for up to 60 days, when they
use apps on their mobile device. When a user clicks on your banner ad, they will be taken to your custom landing
page where they will see specific Calls-to-Action. There are over 14,000 Aps. Below are just some of them.
We offer you the option to send listeners a custom message that can
be day-parted (by days of the week or time of the day). The custom
message can be consistent with the on-air and online campaign.
