The Sustainability stated into 3 basic of sustainabilities form depend on the type of projects and
how we can understand the main project’s issues and values.
PDW as a private company want to ensure that our office will have good venture as a business
entity and keep our office size as small-medium enterprise.
“SMEs have sustainability on their radar. Their main goal is economic sustainability. To achieve
this goal, they can take ecological and social sustainability as an opportunity for innovation instead of just considering it as a mere cost driver. Thus innovation and sustainability become the

MARKETS
Our main clients is National Market in Big Cities in Indonesia. Our overseas clients located in Oman,
Dubai and Vietnam. Our overseas partner for Sustainable Building research and design located in
Copenhagen, Denmark. Our recent market services: from Medium to Large Developers with 80%
of our project located in Jabodetabek and others Main Cities in Indonesia (Semarang, Surabaya,
Makasar, Balikpapan), with wide range of projects, from building, residential area, CBD area, urban
design and planning scale. Up to now we deliberately maintain most of our long time clients as
loyal customers and grew our marketing position as a decent references. We grew from a small
company into medium size company in our business, we started with very few architects in year
2000 and now we are more than 80 people and manage more than 20 projects in a year.

to responsible for their their projects, and take whatever responsibilities as long its built as its drawn, approved and

council encourage built environment and building industry to address more sustainability value, GBCI value in sustainability cover Economic, Environment and Social into their ratings.

Significant Product and Services
Planning and Architecture business have opposite gesture to react on crisis, Architecture business
in some point have trends to follow with macro economic situtation, where basically big projects
is a reflection of market and demand. In this point we provide Comprehensive Consultancy from
schematic to detail drawing design with supervision. Other significat project type as local architects team, where our services as local architects team to support clients and their main architects
(mostly foreign architecture offices).
Planning and Masterplanning business have another trends, crisis brings developers and clients to
slow down their infrastructure and physical projects. In the years of crisis and economic slow down
Planning is the key issues of their focus, our business and projects will turn mostly in planning and
visioning stages of Developers assets and future projects.

IMPROVING VALUES IN
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
PDW as an architectural company now trying to enhance our value in sustainable design, our design should reflect
how buildings or areas worked based on energy efficiency, optimization of water, social sustainability and healthy environment. To deliver design that carry “sustainable values” we develop ourselves prepared with ENERGY SIMULATION
SOFTWARE and BUILDING PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE integrated with BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM).
Recently PDW work with AG5 Copenhagen on BIM training.
Software
In the modern time of technology era, sustainability in architecture and masterplan
drawing can be predicted and calculated precisely through many posibilities on
computer software and programme. PDW already updated to start our new era on
computing software, Bentley Architecture, Revit and Ecotect now provided as our
design tools on sustainability. PDW also starting to improve on BIM working scheme
as integrated software to work with many desciplines and optimized human
resource.
Human Resources and Skills
“Training, implement and start work with”, are basic keys to improve our learning
curve on implementing our new working scheme and software modelling. PDW are
working with AG 5 and have many working and training season on project basis and
as our commitment on Danida agreement.
Design Process and Performance
As a service based industry, communication and coordination are important, our
working proess with clients and societies need to be improved in to more effective
way on delivering ideas and executing projects.

TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE FOR
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Life style in some sustainability studies as one of the main character for successful on sustainable design and its efficiency in energy uses, water preservation and waste management.
Public Transport / Walking / Bike To Work
PDW are open to promote daily basis non-private
transportation to offices, we provide bathroom and
shower to appreciate bikers and good location of parking space.
In the future, our office location will be close to the
main station of Jakarta MRT Lebak Bulus. While now
our office can be reached with many mini bus and
small transportation vehicle from entire direction of
DKI Jakarta and its regional areas.

Our Catering
PDW provide our healthy catering, prepared by small
catering enterprice with healthy choice of food and reusable container. But up to now, we still using plastic
container.
